You sold me the wrong part. The rivets you are selling don't work on Brooks saddles.

I purchased a saddle on August 5th. After going out for a ride, I noticed that the leather was cracking near the rear rivets of the sI purchased a saddle on August 5th. However, it has been two weeks, and I have not received any response. I attempted to call Brooks, but I couldn't reach them directly; they only provide contact details for a distributor, which hasn't helped my situation because I bought the saddle directly through Brooks England I have now managed to obtain a return request, but I would have preferred to speak with someone before sending the saddle back. All I wanted was a replacement saddle. I promptly requested a replacement saddle through the Brooks English website. However, it has been two weeks, and I have not received any response. Very slow to respond to online queries. Unable to post products to New Zealand. Very disappointing. Had expected more from this brand.

Package arrived with only 2 of the 4 items included in it. I sent a message via the Contact Us form on the Brooks website, and no response. Send another followup-no response. Still haven't received the items but was charged. Bummer-have ordered in the past and had good experience.

Sehr unzufrieden mit der Qualität des Sattels. Und nun ist es nicht möglich ihn umzutauschen. Schlechter Kundenservice. Ich kann nur davon abraten.

I've been unable to contact Brooks regarding my saddle that came damaged. They've totally gone ghost on me and won't respond to the multiple inquiries that I've sent out. I do not recommend buying these saddles from their online store.

Ordered bar tape. I received it and it was destroyed. I’ve contacted them twice about a return/refund with no response. Their return system through their website doesn’t work.

I ordered a set of replacement handle bar grips and two left hand grips arrived. I messaged them to ask their advice on how to rectify the situation and have has absolutely no response at all.

Ich hatte 2 Sattelfedern für den B66 Sattel bestellt. Leider wurde ein leerer, bereits aufgerissener Umschlag angeliefert. Der Umschlag war für den Versand nicht geeignet. Eine Ersatzlieferung wurde bisher leider nicht angeboten.
