Unfortunately most of my orders were canceled and it is really difficult to order something. Also I tried to contact somebody per email to get missing invoice and still get no answer. Bad customer service.

item arrived as expected. however, i have been charged for a delivery to home, only to get an email that I should collect the item in the drop point which supposed to be free. in short, i lost €7
