Non capisco il motivo della recensione, ci siamo sentiti ieri per mail e le ho spiegato che abbiamo fatto due pacchi inviandole anche il tracking del pacco che doveva arrivare. Resto a disposizione per qualsiasi ulteriore informazione, grazie.

Es wurden statt der bestellten 3 Dosen Farbe nur zwei geliefert. Die Dosen sind verrostet und beschädigt. Für eine längere Lagerung ungeeignet.

Gros problème d'emballage, les pots de peinture sont arrivé très abimés, emballage "amateur" vraiment pas adapté à ce type de produit, à revoir rapidement. Concernant le produit : pas encore utilisé donc pas d'avis

Es kam zu einer Reklamation, weil ein Artikel defekt war. Es wurde mit Fotos belegt. Leider wurde mir dieser nicht ersetzt bzw. ich sollte eine weitere Bestellung tätigen und würde im Gegenzug den reklamierten Artikel umsonst dazu bekommen oder ich soll 15 Euro Versand zahlen und würde ebenfalls den Artikel bekommen. Der Wert des Artikels belief sich auf 16 Euro, der Bestellwert hingegen auf 600 Euro. Eine absolute Frechheit.

Pas de suivi de commande, commande sans doute perdue par BRT, pas de réponse aux différents mails envoyés. Nous sommes toujours dans l'attente après 3 semaines passées de la commande

Positiv: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Produktes war gut. Negativ: Ich habe eine Lieferung per express Versand bestellt, von Italien nach Deutschland, dieser sollte 3-5 Tage dauern, aber ich musste 14 Tage warten, weil das beauftragte Transportunternehmen es nicht hin gekriegt hat, mir mein Packet zuzusenden erst nach der 4. Energischen Kontaktaufnahme meinerseits hat es endlich geklappt. Fazit: Produkte sind gut, aber bestellen würde ich aufgrund des Aufwandes was ich mit dem Transportunternehmen hatte, nichts mehr.
