Do not rent from this company. I booked a wheelchair on Sunday afternoon to be delivered at 9am on Monday morning. The wheelchair turned up at 11.15am. I had tours booked at the Vatican at 11.45am which I missed and lost out in €120. I called customer services and tried to explain this to them and they put the phone down on me. I have since emailed the company for either a refund or an additional 2 hours rental and have not heard a thing from them. Stay well clear!

Muy mala experiencia, no nos han dado ninguna solución, scooter sin batería y mal funcionamiento, no funcionaba bien

We were unable to use the vehicle sent since it was not as ordered. I ordered a small, compact and they sent an old, very dirty, very heavy unit. They would not return emails or calls to send another unit. We had nothing to use for our week in Italy. Very disappointed.
