Más de un mes después de haber hecho el pedido, todavía no lo he recibido. He contactado más de tres veces con FedEx para gestionar la entrega y no han seguido ninguna de mis indicaciones, ya no sé qué hacer para conseguir mis productos.

I didn't receive my order. It's still in customs and not progressing. I have written to sparco two times and there is no response from them.

Leider sind die Größen der Schuhe total unterschiedlich und passen nicht. Der Kundenservice antwortet auch nicht. Rücksendung nicht möglich. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und unzufrieden.

J'ai reçu le mauvais article (beaucoup moins cher que celui commandé) , déjà sa commence mal puis j'ai fait une demande cela fait déjà plus d'une semaine mais aucune réponse.......... Edit: maintenant que j'ai mis un mauvais avis ils m'ont contacter mais ils me demande de payer le transport alors que se sont eux qui on fait une erreur a la base ................. Les erreurs ca arrive mais assumez les, c'est le minimum

Dear Sparco Team, I am writing to provide critical feedback regarding my recent purchase. While I chose Sparco for high-performance gear, a major lack of product transparency on your website has just caused a massive logistical and financial nightmare for me. I ordered a total package of 13 items across 7 product lines (including visors, shirts, pants, socks, and X-Cool kits). Every single one of these items was displayed on your storefront without any mention of manufacturing origin. However, upon printing the final shipping invoice, it was revealed that 1 single item—the Karting Elbow Pad (Product Code: 00155EN)—was manufactured in Pakistan. Because India enforces a strict, absolute regulatory ban on all goods originating or manufactured in Pakistan, Indian Customs at the Bengaluru Airport cargo terminal has blocked my entire shipment. Because your storefront hid this critical data pre-purchase, the remaining 12 perfectly compliant items (from Italy and China) are now facing permanent administrative abandonment

Your website performance if very poor. From ten times refresh unable to load correct items or add to cart. tried to clear cache , tried diffrent browsers. third firefox browser just helped to order item. ant still in main shop page shows item available, selecting color and item says size ok, adding to cart, but then car is checkked item says not available - why not to show status before adding to cart? etc.

Leider bin ich mit meinem Einkauf bei Sparco sehr unzufrieden. Für die Lieferung und die Rücksendung musste ich insgesamt etwa 40 € Versandkosten bezahlen. Die Rücksendekosten sind für Kunden viel zu hoch und machen eine einfache Rückgabe unnötig teuer. Das Produkt entsprach zudem nicht vollständig meinen Erwartungen. Aus diesem Grund kann ich den Kauf leider nicht empfehlen.

Dear customer, on the official website, all customers have the opportunity to view the return policy for items from the moment they place their order. It is explicitly stated when shipping costs are borne by the customer and when they are not.

Customer service was awful. After I placed an order, I found another item that I would like to order and requested to cancel the order in less than 10 min so that I can place a new order to combine the shipping. You CS made no attempt to help me and simple say the order is already packed and ready to ship (in 10 min after I leave the order???)

A defective product that was very slow to ship to the Uk. The glove after two weeks of use is showing signs of wear and the decorative parts pealing off the fingers.

A very bad shopping experience, over 14 days for delivery within Europe ! Stop using fedex , still haven’t received my order .

Dear Madame, as indicated in a private e-mail, UK is our of European Community, so until the customs duites are not paid from you, the goods cannot be released. Sparco cannot influence the timing of the necessary customs procedures in each country (where applicable) neither for the goods releasing nor for the delivery time in the event of detention from customs inspection.
