To think it costs almost 150USD to fix a 3T design flaw is absurd. Feels almost intentional to go to market knowing there will be trailing sales pater. Shipping was fast.

I was misled by the outlet price section of your website. I clicked on e-bike, then outlet, then proceeded to order the bike on that page. I later thought it a good idea to check it actually was an e-gravel bike I had ordered, and it turned out to was not. Luca Mercurio was however very courteous and sorted things out and made me a great offer on an e-gravel model - great service!

Hallo liebes T3 Team, Während meines Urlaubs in Portugal 🇵🇹 brach der Sockel an meinem 3T Exploro racemax , der den Rahmen mit der Umwerfereinheit verbindet. Nach Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail mit 3T ist es dem Team von 3T ( namentlich Luca Mercurio) zu verdanken , dass dieses Ersatzteil innerhalb von 2Tagen in Portugal ankam. Excellenter Service. Luca vermittelte dann noch einen 3T Händler, der das Teil montierte . Bike Urlaub Fortsetzung war gerettet. Vielen Dank dafür nochmals. Great Performance. Das gleiche gilt übrigens auch für den 3T Händler in Portugal ( Cascais- Caneca, First bike shop). Danke, Stefan Krauß. If you want the English version let it me know.

Quick delivery - for the goods you have in store. Not having a complete seat post seat clamp (Ritchey) combo available is a bit unsatisfactory. Either one or the other have been out of stock all the times I have been trying to do the purchase.
