The metal eccessories kit to the Riva kit contains parts that are already in the complete kit. This is never mentioned anywhere. So now I have a kit of accessories that I don't need 😠

Ho acquistato la lancia baleniera e devo dire che ordine e consegna sono stati fulminei. Tutto ottimo il materiale contenuto nella scatola. Peccato che alcune parti metalliche (tubetto in ottone ecc.) non c'erano dentro la scatola, ma può succedere.

I bought a Grand Banks model kit. It is a great kit but when I tested the wooden construction in the hull it did not fit. The difference is several mm. The wooden construction is built with the supplied parts and is made according the manual. This issue is under investigation by Amati. Hopefully you find a suitable hull soon. Åke Silén Sweden

he comprado recientemente el HMS Fly. la calidad es excelente, pero hecho de menos un manual con el orden de montaje pra evitar colocar piezas que luego impiden colocar otras

I’m generally pleased with Amati products however I find when looking for specific items such as nails the description is for type and length but no details on shank thickness which I would find useful when trying to determine what is best for certain tasks. A lot of nails are just too thick. I started this hobby late in life and enjoy it a lot but don’t have the time or resources to start manufacturing such items as nails . In my case a more complete selection of construction items like nails would be beneficial. Thank you for listening

La mia esperienza d'acquisto su Amati è stata nel complesso positiva specie nei tempi di spedizione che sono abbastanza veloci. Unico neo che mi sembra di rilevare è il fatto che debba avere a pagamento il catalogo dei prodotti Amati. Quanto sopra mi sembra, oltre ad essere fastidioso, controproducente in quanto sicuramente acquisterei altri prodotti che magari non mi vengono in mente. Non compro il catalogo per principio.

Ho acquistato 3 kit (Nina, Pinta e Santa Maria) e alcuni attrezzi. Unico problema riscontrato sul kit della Santa Maria: mancanza di materiale a completare il modello con eccesso di altro. Per gli altri kit (materiale, istruzioni montaggio, ecc...) e attrezzi (materiale e componenti) tutto ok.

good product, good service, fair price. a major issue though are the freight cost (21€) which are way far toi high ( ex with krick it is 6€); this is a show stopper for small and middle order, really a pitty

Molto soddisfatto della qualità dei materiali ed oggetti proposti, generoso e buono l’imballaggio ed i tempi di consegna. Si può fare meglio per quanto riguarda l’offerta che andrebbe ampliata anche ad altri aspetti del modellismo oltre quello navale. Avrei gradito le spese di spedizione gratuite su un importo più basso of un programma di fidelizzazione con spese gratuite a fronte di più acquisti.
