Not good! Tried to buy them in Madrid, Athens & Milan out of stock. Tried to buy EVO 520 in internet in Italy, out of stock!!!! Spoke with sales departament and did not even offer a 2° choice, by luck found at the website POWER MATIC 200. I bought them & i am happy

Pas du tout satisfaite du produit ni du service après vente ! La chaussure droite est tordue et pèse même moins que la chaussure gauche, et on me dit que ce n’est pas considéré comme un problème de fabrication ! On me demande de payer les frais de transport pour un échange !!! Je suis cliente depuis plusieurs années mais là je constate une grande baisse de qualité, tant dans le produit que dans le service après vente. Extrêmement déçue.

I love the shoes. You make great shoes. However as a Us customer I will not purchase from you again. I made a mistake when ordering and I can not afford to ship them back.

Customer service is terrible. I buy an expensive pair of boots and emailed for information to decide if I should exchange these boots for another style, and I hear nothing. I hate leaving reviews but maybe this is the only way you'll get in touch with me.

I needed to have my Boots resoled and when I looked it up online I got the Italian site and they had a resoling process. I contacted Asolo via their site to get the ball rolling. Part of the process in getting the resoling process approved, they needed a some information so I let them know the problem, took the required pics of the boots as well as let them know I was located in the US and would be shipping internationally. In a separate msg I asked what the turnaround time was and they said 2weeks after they received the boots. I received my approval from Asolo and packaged the boots exactly the way they asked including the Customs documents and sent them off on the 19th of July. The boots quickly made their way to Italy then stalled in Naples where it was held in Customs. I gave it until the 31st of July being held and reached out to the USPS and started an official Inquiry. They responded about a week later notifying me that Italian Customs needs additional info from the Addressee to release the package and they have already reached out to Asolo and received no response. I then reached out to Asolo and Carol from Asolo International Customer Service contacted me via email letting me know that they are aware of my boots in Customs and that my resoling order will not be canceled while they wait for the boots to arrive. I waited another week and a half and my boots were still being held in customs. I reached out again to Carol and heard nothing for more than a week. I started looking online for a way to speak with a person a Asolo rather than going by email which was confusing with the broken english being used and I was not sure that Carol understood what was going on, if she understood that Customs needed additional information and if she was, she was not able to articulate that and answer the questions I had. In my search I found the US side of the Asolo company and reached out via telephone and never received a call back. While I was poking around the US Asolo site I found they also do resoling but they have 2 approved Cobblers stateside that do the repairs for less money and a fraction in shipping costs. I reached out a final time to Carol at Asolo Italy and finally received a response saying in confusing english that they've already responded to Customs and "this doesn't depend from us." That was August 28th and at that point I've already canceled 1 backpacking trip and have a race in the beginning of September that I wound up wearing sneakers for because I wasn't spending $400 on new Asolo boots when I'm already more that $200 in for a repair on boots that are being held in Customs and I'm not able to get in contact with anyone at Asolo in Italy or the US. On the 11th of September I received a message from Ludovica that my boots have been received but I needed to send additional money to cover the import charge at Euro 29,30. I paid the additional money my boots were fixed and made it back to me in only a few days. I'm very disappointed with the poor level of communication and very angry that when I contacted Asolo initially in Italy that they sent me on this crazy and expensive repair journey that could have been done for literally 1/4 the cost and a fracture of the time. Someone could have simply transferred me to the US side of the business or given me a different number to call. I absolutely love my boots and plan on purchasing another pair that's a touch larger and will most likely have them for life as I will just have them resoled. If someone actually reads this at Asolo I hope they reach out to discuss.

Customer service is very very hard to get a hold of and takes forever to hear back from them. I needed to exchange the size and have been given the run around for weeks. When they do reply, they don’t even address what needs to be done. It costs $13 to get the item shipped to you, but if you need to return or exchange them, be prepared to pay an additional $100 out of pocket. The worst customer service and system I’ve ever dealt with.

As for previous orders, shoes arrived with a very fast delivery. All ok from this side. But for the first time, upon inspection, I found a defect in the material of the internal lining, a tear exposing the soft foam. Both shoes. I don't know if they were 2nd rated because offered with 50% discount. But I found them very comfortable so I decided to keep them. But please Asolo improve on quality inspection next time!

Bought boots from Asolo online. One boot was faulty . Although they sent me a faulty item ,to return it I am required to pay transport . They sent it they should pay to take it back .Or at least examine the boot see if it is in fact faulty and if so refund postage . I will never buy from them again .

Horrible. I purchased 2 pair to decide if either pair would fit. Neither did and I cannot get them to respond regarding sending back my shipment. Do not purchase from them. When I go into my account it states I have no purchases even though I have a very long purchase list from them!!! So I guess I’m stuck with over $450.00 of useless items. Do not purchase from them. I have contacted them so many times with no answer back. Very poor company

Overall very disappointed. This is my third pair of Asolo boots, previous two pairs fitted perfectly. The Nuotse boot is too narrow at the heel. Very expensive to return item. Will not purchase using the official Asolo website in future.

Pour l'instant je n'ai marché que 2 fois, et seulement 45 minutes car elle me font très mal sous la paume de pied. Je voudrais savoir si ASOLO ont d'autres semelles avec un peu de coussin - elles sont très dures

DO NOT USE - Sent two sets of boots. First set of boots were quick. Second set were apparently lost for a while then Asolo sent an email saying that they were going to destroy my boots. I missed the email.
