pessima, la scarpa ordinata sembra di qualità, ma mi stava leggermente stretta. Ho fatto il reso, ma la misura più grande, anche in un altro colore non era disponibile. Mi è stato detto che dovevo ri fare un nuovo ordine per un altro modello ( e pagare nuovamente le spese di spedizione). Mi sembrava assurdo, anche perchè se il numero non è disponibile non è colpa mia. Ho detto di aspettare a fare il rimborso, e forse ad aprile c'è un modello che mi piace e avrei anche pagato la differenza. Ma niente, Carlo Zanin ha detto che era contro le politiche di reso. Io ce l'ho messa tutta per poter avere un paio di scarpe Asolo, nel raggio di 100 km non ci sono rivenditori e comunque è difficile che abbiano numeri grandi. Perciò sono costretto a fare acquisti on line. Ma se tutti hanno Salomon, Sportiva, Solewa, Scarpa, ci sarà un motivo. Forse dipende proprio dalla vostra politica. Saluti

Bought three pairs of Asolo Fugitive GTX. Within three weeks of light use, the laces started to break apart on every pair. Contacted Asolo as they don't advertise them on their website. I asked for two replacement pairs of laces for each pair of shoes. They said it would be 25 Euro to Fedex them to Ireland. Next thing I get ONE pair of laces for each pair of shoes (not TWO pairs as requested!) and then get told it is 25 Euro PER pair or laces. Ridiculous! Faulty product and rip off "service". Paying 250 Euro and laces all break within a few weeks. Not acceptable. Avoid.

Apparently I clicked on the wrong size, not realizing it was UK even though the link in the email was sent to me in the US. Subsequently, I ordered the wrong size and now have to pay a 50 euro return shipping fee in order to get the correct size. All a bit rather distressing, don't you think?

I was sent the wrong size. And then charged 50 Euro to return the product to obtain the correct size. That's crazy.

Poor rating because of no support after purchase. Bought a pair of $350 hiking boots, via internet purchase, shipped from Italy. The left boot had some sort of manufacturing issue, as I could no longer wear it, due to something rubbing against the top of my left toe. At first I thought that the boot just needed breaking in, but after a week realized that this was not due to a break in period, this was something to do with the way the boot was manufactured. Pain was too much to be able to continue wearing the left boot, even with attempts to minimize pain by wearing multiple layers of socks, etc. Had filled out the warranty registration, as soon as boots arrived, and immediately realized that the registration was worthless, as there was no contact information associated with the 'Thank You for Registering" confirmation email. So I sent an email to the address that was supplied with my purchase order, which sounded very promising: "For any problems please do not hesitate to contact our customer service Emilio.Zanotto@asolo.com." Result? SILENCE! Nada! Nothing. P.S. I have not worn the boots in two weeks and I still feel pain in my toe...

You actually bought the model Evvery (Woman) which it doesn't have a waterproof membrane (for our boots we use Gore-Tex lining) so this is the reason why the water enter in your boots. While I have worn Asolo fugitives for years and love them, purchasing from the company was a huge mistake. Due to Covid and not being home when the boots arrived, I was unable to exchange them. The size does not fit and now I am stuck with very expensive boots that I cannot wear or return for a size that would fit. Guess paying a retail prices is the best options so one can try on the boots and not have very constrained return polices applied at a time when flexibility is needed. Terrible customer service with no willingness to address a mere sizing issue that could easily be rectified. You have likely turned a long time buyer of Asolo boots and shoes (3rd pair of boots and 1 pair of shoes) into a non-customer.

I've been trying to get a hold of someone to take care of the issue I had with shipping, defects in the shoe, and trying to get a refund. No one has responded. I would 100% never recommend this company to anyone based on what I've experienced.

Après avoir utilisé les différents filtres du site pour trouver une paire de chaussures de randonnée (femme). J ai reçu le modèle choisi mais pour homme donc trop large. J ai donc voulu les retourner, mais les frais étant tellement important que je vais devoir essayer de les revendre sur internet. Les filtres sur ce site ne sont pas fiable, il faut donc être très vigilant au moment de valider votre commande. Le nom des modèles étant identique pour les hommes et femmes cela porte confusion. Sinon le délai de livraison est très rapide rien à redire.

Its crazy that I need to pay $50 to ship boots back to Italy instead of North America for buying the wrong item.

The shoes seem well made but I never got to find out as they didn’t fit. Returned items cost me €75 to return which wastes all my cash. Every other online sales has a return shipping. Why must I have to pay this? That’s for ruining my Christmas gift
