I can't get invoice on my company, it is absurd

The shoes feel light, sturdy built, a little stiffer than earlier models I've used but as always ready to bite on any terrain. Overall high quality made as expected from Asolo although I have not tested them out on the field yet. Delivery however was the most awful experience ever. The courier service completely disregarded any instructions including the proper address and phone number mentioned on the package and returned it back to Italy. Final delivery was more than a month after order fully missing the intended seasonal use of the shoe! To recap it, great product but worst delivery ever!

Customer service is not like I will expected, I believe I order US size and received UK size. So I had to pay for return international shipping to get it exchanged.

I definitely ordered size 10 UK - the order came through size 6 and I never checked the confirmation for size.

I was SO happy to get my new boots! However, the second time I wore them, the hook on the ankle cuff broke off. I sent an email to Asolo for return and replacement instructions and have had no response.

Una delle peggiori esperienze di shopping online che ho avuto. Ho fatto affidamento sulla sua taglia e su un piede di 26,5 cm. mi hanno indicato una misura di 41 1/2, per maggiore sicurezza ho comprato una taglia 42 1/2, che si è rivelata piccola. A causa dell'impossibilità di usarli, ho deciso di accettare il mio diritto di recesso come indicato sul mio bollettino ASOLO, contattandoli per chiedere se per risparmiare tempo potremmo inviare il mio prelievo via e-mail o fax. Oggi siamo il 1 gennaio 2018 e abbiamo inviato 3 comunicazioni a https://www.asolo.com/chi-siamo-/contatti.html senza aver ricevuto alcuna risposta. Un affare oltraggioso per l'acquirente e che ho messo nelle mani dell'Organizzazione dei consumatori e degli utenti.

My poorest internet shopping experience in over 10 years. Not only are the return costs at the expense of the customer, but ASOLO does everything they can to threat you with a possible non refund of your expenses. While the brand still has my favour for the quality of their shoes, I wish I could influence their management to improve their customer relation... if ever they felt this was an important issue. As far as I am concerned I will never ever buy shoes from their platform again.

I received the FSN 95 boots promptly and in good condition. However they are not the size I ordered, and I have been told that I am responsible for the return shipment cost of 50 Euro=$56.75, which is over half the price of the boots. I believe this is not fair. I have ordered this same boot from Asolo before, size 10 1/2 wide, and received the correct size. In my opinion this is not a good policy.

Ordered a size 10 due to owning another pair of Asolo boots in the same size. The boots I ordered were too big, contacted Asolo USA and left a voicemail regarding my options. I never received a return phone call and resorted to emailing Asolo Italy. Was told I need to pay nearly $60 to return the boots (roughly 25% of the purchase price) in order to exchange.

probably the worst experience I’ve ever had this Italian company made it almost impossible for me to reach out to them to return a pair of the sneakers that I had bought I had bought two different styles and wanted to see which one fits best with my foot as I wanted to return one pair it became a three hour ordeal and I will never purchase anything from this company ever again .

Il sito funziona decisamente peggio in confronto con altri siti di commercio on line. Il buon fine dell'ordine non veniva evidenziato così che ho effettuato due volte lo stesso ordine pagando due volte. l'assistenza dell'Azienda e' stata soddisfacente telefonicamente e via e mail.

The boots were very nice but regrettably I had to return them because I have arthritis in my feet and they were painful for me to wear. Was I in for a shock, I knew I had to pay to return them but because they came from Italy it cost me £16.50!! An expensive learning curve. Other buyers be warned

I ordered this boots per the guideline. They came a whole size too small. There is no return system or postage. It costs $118 to return the boots. Basically I am stuck with them. Trying to find someone to buy them or give away. I give this a minus zero rating.
