La spedizione è stata veloce ma purtroppo mi è arrivato il prodotto sbagliato. Sto ancora attendendo di ricevere il mio acquisto

International shipping experience is really poor and far from being as good as other shoe companies who are also shippping internationally. I had to pay 50 euros (equivalent of 81$ Canadian) to return a pair of shoes that costs 140 euros...This is definitely not aligned to the new global market environment. Unfortunately this is the last time that I will buy Asolo product. Thank you

How do I return shoes? What address do I send the shoes to? I cannot find this information on the website or my invoice.

Très mécontente du retour payant Une des paires de chaussures étaient trop petites et j’ai du payer 17€ pour les retourner Je ne commanderai plus de chaussures dans ces conditions

Boots needed replacing and the address provided to return them was rejected in the uk as not correct. Made it very hard to return boots that have come up small. I was replacing Asolo boots and ordered a pair the same size as my loved worn out pair , but the new boots are too small. So size problem return address problem

I’m a little disappointed because there’s no information about the width of your products. It’s always important to know whether a shoe is “wide”, “regular”, or “narrow” in its width just like it’s important to know its length. Unfortunately your website does not provide this necessary information and the purchase shall be “guessed” upon past experience.

My experience with ordering and receiving the product was good, but when the shoes arrived they had obvious wear on the inner left side both front and back, as if someone had worn them and scraped them against each other. It's too much trouble to return them and the wear is similar to what will happen after I've worn them a few times, but it's poor customer service to send supposedly new shoes showing wear.

Communication from Asolo regarding shipping was sent only 2 days after the order was already shipped, resulting in delayed delivery of the order. Having the shipping immediately would have resulted in a 2 day shipping time, but unfortunately the delayed notification delayed delivery a further 3 days. Password for user account was emailed in plain text. This is insecure and bad practice. Otherwise the experience regarding website function and checkout was smooth.

The overall experience of ordering, payment and delivery went very smooth and as stated at the website. The real problem started when i realized that the boots where smaller than I expected and needed one size larger. I contacted through the live chat which was offline at the moment customer support. The answer was that there is no size avalaible for my chosen boot model. Even when i asked for an alternative product in similar ammount I got no answer back. Asolo offeded to refund me after I send the boots back on my own expense. That means that on top of the 15 euros deliverey I paid for my boots( not refundable) I have to pay an additional 20 from NL to send them back. SO 35 euros lost and no boots, just wasted time. I feel that Asolo should have offered at least an alternative boot for me at similar cost as my purchase. Non the less Asolo's policy on the webshop is not favorable for the customer. The fact that a product such as shoes is sold without trying it first should be a bit more flexible from Asolo side. Conlusion: While Asolo products are very good buy tour boots from a local store and not straight from them. If you need to change something doesnt make any sense and end up buy the shoes twice like me...Anyone interested in a 43 gunmetal/ graphite drifter gv boots??

The Asolo boots are great. Likely the best. However, Asolo support is poor. 2 times I have ordered boots on your promotions. Both times you have cancelled due to stock-out. Large companies such as yourself are expected to manage stock better. Even more importantly trusted companies like yours are expected to "walk the extra mile" when things go wrong. However, you have done nothing to comfort the inconvenience caused. Truly nothing!
