Website would not accept my (valid) credit card. Multiple tries resulted in the card being cancelled and a new one issued. Very inconvenient.

Les chaussures sont biens même si sur les années la qualité a un peu baissé (surtout pour les pieds fins ou moyens) par contre certaines précisions sur le coût du transport laisse parfois à désirer ainsi que la SAV qui ne m'a toujours par répondu sur une erreur de lieu de livraison (de leur part)

The product price was only listed in Euro's. This added to the confusion on what the actual charges to my credit card would end up being. Also ASOLO said I would be getting a discount if I purchased the item in March. When we tried to use the discount CODE the website rejected that. In the end the price was higher by 20% from the same shoe purchased inside USA.

I had terrible trouble trying to place my order and I could not get through to any Asolo Rep by phone nor by online chat. Eventually my order seemed like it might have gone through but, I never received any confirmation email nor any kind of acknowledgement that my order had been received. I had to email Asolo and the next day I got a return email saying that my order was good. I tried numerous times for a number of days to reach an Asolo Representative by phone; the line was constantly busy.

la livraison est conforme à la commande. Le délai de livraison a été de 3jours. Par contre le site internet est épouvantable à utiliser. Ne respecte pas les normes de conception

Puntuali nella consegna. In genere porto 41,5 - 42. Qui avrei dovuto prendere il 41,5 non il 42. Ho un solo dubbio nella foto al momento dell'acquisto sono sicuro di aver visto sulla scarpa gore-tex che sinceramente non vedo in quelle che mi sono state consegnate. In fattura risulta modello: space mm walnut. Potrei gentilmente sapere se quanto ho ricevuto sia o meno in gore-tex.

Asolo Grid Mid GV Ça ressemble à une chaussure de randonnée mais... La semelle est très souple, trop souple, qui fait que l'on ressent la moindre aspérité du sol, avec un inconfort certain sur chemins caillouteux ou rocailleux. Même si la semelle possède une super accroche, le manque de rigidité fait que l'on dérape facilement par manque d'effet levier de la pointe avant. Le chaussant est très souple, trop souple, qui fait que l'on a l'impression que le pied n'est pas calé, et la semelle se dérobe de manière transversale, notamment dans les devers, qui fait que les chevilles pourraient être mises à rude épreuve. Ce qui est d'autant plus déroutant compte tenu de la bonne adhérence de la semelle. Par ailleurs, la structure simple toile synthétique du dessus du chaussant (n’étant donc pas doublé par une croute de cuir comme d'autres modèles) fait que le pied subit pleinement la chaleur extérieur par ces temps de canicule. Sous le soleil, le pied "fume" rapidement ! Le laçage continu monte très haut, qui fait que le seul desserrage des œillets ne suffit pas à ouvrir la chaussure, et oblige à chaque fois à réajuster le laçage pour trouver le compromis entre confort et bonne tenue pour assurer le grip. De plus, gros problème concernant l'uniformité des tailles, le UK 9 1/2 Vietnamien taille plus grand que le UK 9 1/2 Roumain !!. Presque une 1/2 pointure, que l'on ressent fort désagréablement lors de la marche, et se contrôle aisément en comparant les semelles de propreté avec d'autres chaussures. Si la chaussure est toujours fidèle à la qualité Asolo, elle est à réserver à de courtes randonnées sur routes ou chemin de terre. A mon sens, la "Grid Mid GV" aurait plutôt sa place dans la catégorie "Urban OutDoor" et non pas "Hiking". Certes je suis un inconditionnel des "Fugitive / Avalon / Horizon GTX", mais même par rapport à des tailles basses souples type "Agent / Shiver GV", je suis fort déçu par les "Grid Mid GV". :(

I found a pair of my favorite boots online, in a color combo not available as far as I can find online, directly through ASOLO's website. Even with shipping from EU to US, it was less than I could purchase them here in the US. The icon online for selecting the desired size, defaults to UK sizing, and the button is pretty small where it has you switch between UK, US, and EU. As a result, I erroneously selected UK, and had the wrong size delivered. Now, with the cost of shipping the boots back for an exchange, getting the correct size shipped negated all of the original savings. This is my fault, completely, but I do wish that 2 changes were made to the website: 1) The sizing defaults first to the geographic location of the visiting IP address. 2) The button for indicating the correct sizing is larger and more noticeable. I saw 11.5, and just went with that, not realizing 11.5 in UK means 12 in US. Communication with the company has been great, just a bummer of a mistake. Looking forward to getting my correct size received and put to good use!

We went well: The shoes were delivered at our house in Belgium, in perfect timing and apparently in good shape. We are living in Qatar and due to pandemic, will not be able to try the shoes before Feb 2021 unfortunately. We however have no doubt about the quality; I have a pair of similar ASOLO hiking shoes, purchased in 2009 and they are only reaching their end of life now, 11 years later (but still usable for normal walking). They are so good, I purchased a pair for my wife although she used to have a French brand. What went wrong: We dropped a message via the ASOLO website to enquire about sizes issue. ASOLO never bothered responding. If you put a "contact" function, please put someone to respond or, if not, remove it. There is nothing more frustrating not receiving a response and it does impact your image negatively. Best regards Marc V.

Avevo chiesto nelle note di consegnarmi il prodotto ad inizio ottobre ed invece mi è stato recapitato a metà settembre. La consegna è andata a buon fine per puro caso.

Tout OK, mais j'aurais aimé avoir plus de précisions sur le site concernant la souplesse de la semelle (je voulais une semelle rigide).
