He tenido que devolver unas botas porque son muy pequeñas y los gastos de transporte, devolución y el no tener etiqueta de devolución hoy en día son cosas que deberían tener más en cuenta

Le site est italien. En italie le numéro d'adrese est à la fin. Mon adresse d'habitation est française, avec le numéro au début de l'adresse. Lors de ma commande sur le site mon numéro d'adresse a été perdu, ceci entraînant un délai de livraison de 3 semaines au lieu de 3 jours. Par chance le livreur a accepté de rediriger la livraison à partir des alpes maritimes vers la bretagne. C'est certainement quelque chose à corriger. Cordialement.

Fast delivery, good looking shoes and comfortable. I hoped that it will be a water repellant (waterproof) shoes. It dissapointed me because I walked in my town with the umbrella in a light rain and it get water easily inside shoes. I will look better the reviews if I will buy other time Asolo shoes.

Dear Sir / Madam ; When I ordered Asolo's Magnum GV there was nothing on the site to tell me that they didn't have the shoes in size 11 UK size. When I ordered it and paid for it they sent me an order confirmation saying that I ordered a size 6 UK whereas I had ordered a size 11. I informed them through the sales shop email and through their contact section of their site when they informed me that they didn't have a size 11 UK. They were not able to inform me when they would be able to have a size 11 UK. They just told me that I would have to order again. When I asked them through email for a discount on the shoes, they completely ignored my email. I had to change my order to an Apex GV shoes instead and just hope for the best that they had a size 11 UK which they did and they sent it to me in the UK. Their communication with their customers is very poor or none-existent , that can be very annoying. I emailed them again asking them whether they could send their shoes to Tehran in Iran and again they ignored my email. They don't have any communication with their customers through email at all. The shoes are expensive and it is natural for the customer to want everything right before the shoes are sent to him/her. They are my main complaints. There was also the problem that when I wanted to order, the site told me incorrectly that there was someone else with the same email as myself which was not correct. So it was quite a harrowing experience ordering from Asolo site.

Something must have changed in the address database that Asolo is using because an incorrect address was entered on my package, and I had to drive 100 km to pick it up.

Buona l'assistenza in chat degli operatori Asolo che mi hanno aggiornato sullo stato della spedizione in tempo reale, meno i link ricevuti sia quello sul sito asolo che non mi consentiva di visualizzare lo stato della spedizione, pessimo il link al sito di Bartolini che non consente neppure l'apertura della pagina. Velocissimi i tempi di spedizione (2 gg) peccato che siano al buio, cioè non è consentito interloquire col corriere per concordare una fascia oraria, pertanto se il ricevente non è sempre disponibile sul luogo di consegna, quest'ultima rischia di andare a vuoto. A mio parere è preferibile un giorno in più di attesa potendo però concordare il giorno e la fascia oraria

Hi. Buying and delivery is ok. However, I'm not satisfied with the website as it flashes up and down too much when you have entered your topic, in my case boots for "Backpacking". It's not easy to find a way to keep it steady. Further, I considered other models but for many of them my size (11.5 UK) was not available until October 2018, which was too late for me. The difference between some of the different models in the "Backpacking" section is vague to detect, except for the colors that are different! Why not keep the number of models a bit lover and make more of each of them so all sizes are always available? Or may be the text that explains about the construction of each model of boots is not detailed enough?

Come prodotto eccezionale, ho avuto questi scarponi per ben 18 anni, li ho ricomprati, come assistenza via chat invece assolutamente negativa, non ho trovato cortesia neanche minimamente anzi al limite della maleducazione, assolutamente da migliorare!

the shoes are fine, the web site was clunky, especially the currency conversion part. The force to PayPal is a pain. I don't like getting forced into signing up for things. Nearly killed the order because of it, won't buy again.
