The resoleing service and result is great, too bad that they don’t offer is in the USA, because of shipping challenges, although it is still worth doing it !!!!

The people i communicated with at Asolo were awesome! The resoling was outstanding. The two negatives were not the company’s fault. first, i think it is crazy that i had to pay duties/tarrifs on boots that had already come to the US. Second, it cost nearly $80 US to ship the boots to italy. All in, it cost me about $250US to have my boots resoled (they sell for $350 US). Still, Asolo folks were great and the boots look like new.

I didn't realize that I was ordering these shoes from Italy, but they came to my home in the USA in just six days! Fortunately, they fit well and are just what I wanted because I didn't want to ship them all the. way back to Italy

I recently purchased my first pair of Asolo boots but the sizing was not quite right. After speaking with Carol Zanin, my issue was resolved immediately and a different size was sent to me. Very easy company to deal with and will be purchasing again. Thanks guys!

Very happy with my purchase especially with the reduction due to special offer. Shipping times very good and cost is reasonable. Boot is comfortable, light in weight and fit is good - same size as my normal foot ware didn't need to go up a half size.

Boots look great, total USD was about $200 but I love the boots .. I claimed a value to insure them through the postal service and I think Italy charged a tax on that...
