Terrible shopping experience. This company was very responsive when they wanted my money during the buying process, but after is a different story. I needed to exchange these when they arrived due to being too small, and got no responses from my various emails.

Sadly, I have to say my shopping experience was not good. I love Asolo boots and shoes, and would wear nothing else, given the opportunity. However, I find your emails etc unclear and difficult to navigate. (I had to contact customer services just to access my account). On the other hand, your customer service was very clear, helpful and quick to respond. The delivery with FedEx was a joke. Twice they said they were delivering, and twice they didn't show. My shoes were taken to the wrong address. I was panicking as you only have a 14 day return policy. Also to have to pay for delivery AND returns I think is too much. After placing my order, I became ill and house bound. How am I supposed to print off a return label without a printer? How would I even do it IF I had a printer? It's all far to complicated and stressful. I will never buy through you again simply for that reason. I will try to arrange a return but I think I may just have wasted a lot of money. Sad for me , and sad for you as a loose a devoted customer.

You must make it obvious this a purchase from oversees. Everyone expects free shipping and you are causing me to spend $100 just to exchange. I could have purchased from a local company but did not know you were oversees. The shipping cost should be highlighted on the purchasing page. You are deceiving people, I love the shoes but need a different size. The customer service is horrible.

Our experience was mixed. We sent 2 pair of boots from the US to Italy to have them repaired. Excellent service and communication with the first pair. The second pair is STILL stuck in customs and we have reached out to ASOLo customer service repeatedly to try and get them out of customs and not ONE reply back! 5 star service on the first pair but no help or communication with the second. We have confirmed with tracking that they are still at customs ( sent at end of February). I have sent multiple unanswered emails since the first pair were returned, and no reply to any of them. I was so happy with the first pair of boots but so sad that the second have been sitting in customs for so long. I am happy to pay any additional fees if needed, but I cannot get anyone to help me with this issue.

Boots came and did not fit. Submitted a request for return 6 days ago with no response. They only offer 14 days to return, even though they are international, and I have not received any response to return the very expensive boots. I will miss the return window due to their inability to communicate.

The fact that it will take more to return than what I purchased the shoe for is absolutely ridiculous. I will never buy from Asolo again. I will make sure the leave the warning to ALL. Moreover should be posted on the front of your website! Not that shoes are returnable. I paid 13 dollars to get the shoes to my home it should be that or less to return!

Return policy is horrible, they ship for $13 and want you to pay $75 to return There are other hiking boots that are great with reasonable return I will not buy again, despite having asolo hiking boots for 25 yrs, nor will i recommend ,fit is of utmost importance so if returns not possible then do not buy, very simple!

I ordered the wrong size as I needed a US size and mistakingly selected the UK size. I immediately reached out to Asolo by their website customer service e mail to request they stop the order and either cancel it or substitute the size I ordered for the size I actually needed. No response, even now after the order was shipped. I had hoped Asolo customer service would be more closely monitored that they could respond to my request. Also, if one is a guest orderer and not an account holder, there is no way to track the order. I ordered as guest.

I own 13 pairs of Asolo low and medium hikers. I will never buy anymore. I have 3 pair getting fixed for new soles $560. Manufacturer defect.

Poor quality resoling work - something when wrong in the process - adhesive failed or aged brittle rubber used. Boots failed on first gentle walk. Total cost of resoling Euro 130.00 from the UK. Multiple emails backwards and forwards.. eventually offered to resole again if pay extra Euro 50......Sad that they do not care about customers. Original boots were great - but resoling is a waste of money.

Awful. I recently bought hikers and although they were incredibly nice, they didn’t fit my feet properly. Your company made it so difficult to return them, I ended up keeping them in hopes I can resell them online. I’ve never experienced service like that and would expect a company to be more customer friendly in today’s global economy. Sorry…but it’s true.

Not good! Tried to buy them in Madrid, Athens & Milan out of stock. Tried to buy EVO 520 in internet in Italy, out of stock!!!! Spoke with sales departament and did not even offer a 2° choice, by luck found at the website POWER MATIC 200. I bought them & i am happy
