Spedizione molto veloce, acquisto semplice. Purtroppo le scarpe acquistate avevano segnali sulla punta. Ho scritto al servizio clienti e non ho mai ricevuto una risposta

I ordered a pair of Eldo approach shoes size 11.5. They were a bit narrow and at least a size or two too big. About 1” of space between big toe and front of shoe. Sizing in these is way off. Unfortunately when I googled to buy this shoe I was directed to the Italian site which did not direct me back to the US site so when I went to exchange the cost to ship back was more than what I paid for the shoes. This means I could not return them and that now I have a pair of shoes I have to try to sell on eBay or something.

The Puchase went well very timely. However the return process has been awful. I paid for the return of the purchase 4 days ago with no return shipping label yet. Additionally return emails are very slow in responding 4 days . Customer Service response needs to be improved.

The order process with VAT, customs, etc, was too complex. It would be easier to just have one transaction and you guys can figure out different VAT and customs charges - that should not be the customer’s responsibility. The actual product was great - the payment/order/deliver process was far, far, far too complicated

Hello. I had Invoice n° 2023-1-06670, repairing the soles on my boots. Since I have gotten them back, I have noticed that they are not nearly as waterproof as they once were. Please advise if there's anything that can be done.

Let me first say that I got my boots back and they were as good as new! I am super happy with the cobbling, the replacement of the laces and inner soul. The rest of the process with shipping and extra fees and being tied up in customs and that whole debacle is absolutely unnecassary! If Asolo is gonna offer a service then they should either streamline the process to where its one fee and all you get is a shipping label or they need to have a cobbler in the states. If I would have known all the BS associated with shipping boots overseas, I would have just bought a new pair or went with a different brand. Honestly its just ridiculous to send boots back. My advice to anyone wanting to send boots back, just buy a new pair,,,, trust me.. I am super happy with the boots when I got them back but everything surrounding just angers me and I am not a person who get upset easily. Learn from my experience, travel at your own risk.

The communication and final product were great. I likely would not have another pair of boots resoled though due to the cost which I didnt not feel was accurately conveyed early in the process. I was not aware that it would cost me so much to ship them in, pay the duties, all on top of the cost to resole and pay for the shipping back. Honestly, it would have been easier and quicker to buy new boots. My 2 star rating is based on what I feel wasn't a great sense of the total cost when I set out on this process. The communicate with the company was good and final product was excellent, although the soles used as replacements are clearly not the same color/shade as the original and it is noticeable. I will say that it's not worth the cost of me sending them back just for color alone.

I could not find any men's size 7 1/2 in the US, so ordered from Asolo. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and ordered what I thought was US sizing and ordered European sizes. Your company would not issue any kind of compensation for the return and it cost me $100 to return the two pairs of incorrect sizes. So I had to order a new pair of 7 1/2 men's Drifter and when they arrived the length was good but the entire boot was made smaller all over and did not fit, so another $85 to send them back. I am discouraged and done ordering from you.

I bought what I thought were US sizes. Unfortunately, they were European sizes. I asked Carol Zanin if Asolo would please offer me a one time forgiveness as the return fee was going to be $100. She said there was no forgiveness on ordering wrong sizes, so I paid through the Asolo sight the Fed Ex charges and emailed her along with sending the Paypal receipt, waiting for the labels to be sent to me. I paid for the return postage on Friday and then learned that she will not be in the office until Wed. 4/26. Since you only allow a short time to return these boots and I paid to get the label from Asolo, I reached out to find another person who could help me at Asolo. This above "feedaty" is the only response I received and no labels. I thought that someone else in the company could help me. Hopefully, she will get the paypal receipt and get me the labels by tomorrow. Please, make this happen this week, so at least I can get a refund for the two wrong sized boots!

Please do not put conflicting sentences about shipping cost on your website for resoling service. The total shipping cost should be clearly shown upfront. If Italy or EU customs charge import duty for used shoes for repair even though Asolo declaration document was enclosed in the package, I would like to know that up front, too. The total duty and postal handling cost in Italy was more than 60% of the value of the shoes.

I was disappointed with my experience. The cost of resoling my hiking boots was nearly equivalent to purchasing of new boots. The cost was approximately $64 USD, however shipping, customs and other extraneous charges amounted to over $210. Yes, the fact that I would be responsible for these charges for custom and shipping were disclosed, but not the actual cost until my boots were already in the box and I had paid for the resoling. I am very pleased with the work, I think the boots fit better now than before I sent them off to be repaired. I wouldn’t do this again or recommend anyone else do it as well.
