Ordered two saddles in different colours but only received one. Upon trying to contact them, they made me wait two weeks before replying. Now they’re blaming the shipping company and I’m still waiting for recompensation.

Allerdings war der bestellte „Tension Pin Assembly“ mit 64 mm zu kurz, obgleich auf der Webseite für meinen ca. 15 Jahre alten Brooks Flyer-Sattel ein 64 mm-Pin als passend beschrieben wird. Da Reklamations- oder Rücksendeinformationen nicht verfügbar waren, habe ich meinen alten Pin wieder eingebaut und den für mich unbrauchbaren Pin behalten.

The rivets look great and was exactly what I was looking for to make my Cambium saddle pop. Was all set to install them and noticed they were larger than the ones installed on my saddle. I pulled one of my off and not only were they larger, mine were more of a spline than locks into the frame opposed to square. I went back and check to see if I ordered the wrong item and there is only one option for the entire Cambium line. Mine is the C13 carved. Needless to say I’m disappointed.

Terrible. Brooks/Selle shipped the wrong part and has now failed to respond to my customer service inquiry. The order did not come up in their system so I now cannot do a return request. Not a good experience.

Ordered the saddle and cover of the brooks site but it was sent from Italy. The delivery company said they attempted to deliver the package although we were in all day and know they did not. Even in this review request they sent the options to not accept cookies were in Italian. Disappointing

After being a happy B17 owner for over a decade, I’m heartbroken over my latest Brooks experience. I worked with a custom builder to create my dream bike for my 50th birthday, choosing a new B72 as the cherry on top. On new bike day, I couldn’t even ride it — turns out the B72 needs the Sandwich Seat Adapter, which I had to buy separately. When I installed it, the two spacers wouldn’t sit straight between the saddle’s double rails; they kept tilting to one side, leaving the saddle crooked. I had several mechanics try to fix it, but no one could get it right. When I tried to return the overpriced Sandwich Adapter through Brooks’ website, I just got an error message saying I didn’t purchase it through their store — even though I did. To make matters worse, my builder bought the saddle from a seller in Italy and can’t return it now, especially since the rails are scratched from all the attempts to fix it. After two weeks of frustration, I still don’t have a working saddle for my birthday bike. For a company built on craftsmanship and heritage, this has been the biggest letdown of my cycling life.

It was difficult to make a return. I bought from Brooks website but return said I had not. I entered the order number but returns said I had not bought it, so I could not find a way of returning the item. The website does not show a telephone number to speak to someone to sort it out and arrange a return. Google eventually gave it and a real live person sorted it out quickly, but that means I did not get a returns sticker and have to hope for postage reimbursement.

However, it has been two weeks, and I have not received any response. I attempted to call Brooks, but I couldn't reach them directly; they only provide contact details for a distributor, which hasn't helped my situation because I bought the saddle directly through Brooks England I have now managed to obtain a return request, but I would have preferred to speak with someone before sending the saddle back. All I wanted was a replacement saddle. I promptly requested a replacement saddle through the Brooks English website. However, it has been two weeks, and I have not received any response. Very slow to respond to online queries. Unable to post products to New Zealand. Very disappointing. Had expected more from this brand.

Package arrived with only 2 of the 4 items included in it. I sent a message via the Contact Us form on the Brooks website, and no response. Send another followup-no response. Still haven't received the items but was charged. Bummer-have ordered in the past and had good experience.

Sehr unzufrieden mit der Qualität des Sattels. Und nun ist es nicht möglich ihn umzutauschen. Schlechter Kundenservice. Ich kann nur davon abraten.
