I was extremely disappointed that I was only offered Rapid delivery, ie next day. Delivery by Royal Mail would not only be cheaper it is better for the environment. Wise up Brooks, give me a choice.

Very happy with the handlebar grips. I thought I was purchasing from Brooks uk and to buy British. So why did they come from Italy, which also took longer to get here.. Paying the £10 postage for such a small package is a bit on the steep side and I would have expected a next day delivery for the cost of shipping these out.. No way will they get here in that time from another country.. Next time I want to but Brooks products, I will buy them from a uk stocked shop. And not Brooks direct…

The saddle is great BUT I was charged a huge amount of duties, even though the website very clearly said taxes included. Brooks has not provided a refund of the extra taxes, instead telling me to claim it from the shipping company. The shipping company though says Brooks must sort it out themselves. I DO NOT recommend buying from this site.

Bought some rivets for my new Cambium saddle. 4 out of 5 of them won't undo - they just turn. I submitted a customer request form but a week later no response other then an auto reply. Poor product design. Poor customer service. It's a shame.

The saddle is only as good as all parts combined. The tension pins need to be made of much better material. 12 dollars for a faulty replacement part is not good.

Greetings: my purchase was for a newly reintroduced B72 saddle. It was to be installed on a new retro, step through and upright seating bike I purchased. There was no mention that to install the saddle on modern seat posts, an adapter would be necessary. The only problem is a) the price, b) the shipping costs, and c) the availability of the adaptor. It was sourced from a location in Italy. If I had known the installation of an adaptor and extra cost I would have either ordered at purchase, saving separate shipping costs or given the total cost of the combined package, not purchased it. Is there a source for this adaptor in the U.S.? Can you provide a contact for this adaptor to me? I'm rather disappointed with my purchase decision and all the extras required to be able to enjoy it. The online purchasing experience was quick and easy. The product (Brooks Trouser Strap) is disappointing. I was happy to pay a bit more than other brands as I appreciate Brooks quality and usually trust their design and high quality products. Unfortunately the design of this is disappointing. The length of the leather is not long enough to fully wrap around my trousers. Typically I am wearing denim jeans with a rolled cuff. I am 6ft2" and solid but would not view my sizing as unusual. Subsequently the magnets do not fully purchase and hold tight. I am having to regularly stop and readjust the strap and feel it is only a matter of time until it comes loose during a ride. If this occurs I would not purchase another.
