Mein ersten Sattel war nach 4 Jahren hatte der Sattel eine gebrochene Feder leider wurde mit die Garantie verwert ob wohl ich eine Rechnung hatte und es angeblich 10 Jahre Garantie gibt. Das ist für mich ein gutes Produkt aber schlechter Service Ersatzteile gibt es nicht für privat Kunden nur über den Händler auch schlecht wegen einer Feder und 2 schrauben. Danke der Nachfrage R. It was grand but no more. The product is fantastic. My leather saddle didn’t have the adjusting spanner so bought a care kit for it but the metal polish lid wasn’t attached properly and had leaked out inside the box. I cleaned it up and washed the cloths so all is fine now.

Good. The parts for the saddle should not be an International order. The shipping costs were too high for a small part.

I am a first time customer. I recently purchased a Brooks B15 Swallow saddle in black. I would have preferred that my 10% discount be applied automatically at checkout when I made my purchase. I did not realize that I was entitled to a 10% discount until I received a separate email from Brooks with a discount code after I had completed my purchase. Alternatively, Brooks could have applied a discount retroactively but apparently that is not company policy to do so. Please streamline your initial purchase process for the convenience of the customer, not for the convenience of the company.

Customer Service is not really there. I’ve emailed a few questions to Brooks about saddle repair, and general questions. I never got any replies. The saddle I ordered is good tho. I’ve always loved the Brooks Cambium C17

Bonjour, J'ai été déçue de n'avoir pas reçu le protège selle que j'avais commandé afin de faire un cadeau de Noël. En effet il manquait ce produit dans le colis. Par contre je vous remercie de me l'avoir remboursé. Dommage ! Cordialement Myriam Grandchamp

Recently, I placed an online order for a Brooks C17 Carved saddle. When the order arrived, the item was not what I had ordered or anticipated. I received it in a different model. I was able to obtain the refund after asking the sender a question. Because the product was unavailable and I received a different model with the sticker indicating that it was C17 carved, I am extremely unhappy with my purchase. I feel deceived.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, die Lieferung des Sattel hat gut funktioniert. Ich wollte für meinen alten Sattel eine Spannschraube mit 6,4mm Länge habe. Sie als Hersteller konnten die Schrauben nicht liefern.

Arrived quickly and well packaged. The main problem with the Brooks saddles is there are no ways of testing them unless you purchase them. Unfortunately, i've bought 3 saddles before making a choice on the final 3rd purchase. many shops don'r stock them and once you attach it to your bike the product is 'used' It took a over 10 days for Brooks' to come back with a reply to a question i had.

Very quick delivery and friedly communication with service team but the size given in the description was incorrect. Therefore the bag turned out not to be a fit for the intended purpose.

Order & Delivery was good. However, it is very annoying that the saddle did not come with a rain cover as did my previous 3 titanium B17 saddles! The rain cover should be a given at this price point (300 Euro) and the importance of keeping saddle dry.
