Hello , This is my second Brooks saddle , still breaking it in. Very comfortable so far , but I was not expecting a saddle with the lacing holes around the bottom. It came with red,white and blue laces and a black lace installed.There are no directions on how to lace the saddle and I haven't found any online. could you please send those directions and all black laces would be preferred. For some reason my order was frozen after my payment was taken; but sorted once I chased. Saddle somewhat darker than the picture but hoping it will fade!

Very good shopping experience, prompt shipping, wonderful saddles. I have purchased two saddles from Brooks. Unfortunately my bag purchases have been less satisfactory. The leather eyelets break off as soon as you moderately tighten the straps. And I am sorry to see that leather grips are no more for sale. Regards. Julio Batista

The products are beautiful, sturdy, and comfortable. There is just one stain on the rear of the seat - which I cover with the Brooks seat cover - that I cannot explain because the seat is never wet when I ride. It would seem more like coming from the seat cover itself. I can send a picture by email. Thanks again I bought more. Gianmarco.

Glad the saddle has replacement parts. Resources from the manufacturer on how to repair could be better (do they even exist?)!!! Shipping was fast but exorbidant for such a small part. Also the design isn't great as there is no way, besides clamping a vice grip on the threads to hold the bolt to bring up the tension as the bolt just rotates otherwise. Might be tried and true but is clamping threads is truely a mechanic's pet peev!

All is perfect except the delivery experience as the shipping address transmitted to UPS was truncated and therefore the product was delivered to an UPS access point and not at home.

Der Einkauf war im Netz hat gut geklappt. Mit dem Produkt bin ich hochzufrieden. UPS hat sich bei der Zustellung umständlich angestellt. Zweimal ist eine Zustellung gescheitert, obwohl ich vor Ort war. Erst nach proaktiver Erteilung der Ablageerlaubnis in der Garage wurde zugestellt, und persönlich übergeben.

I bought a saddle and tube bag from Brooks online store and it all went well. I followed a U tubers recommendation for the saddle which saved alot of time trying read about each of the many Brooks saddle.
