Ich verwende die Produkte seit Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Allerdings entwickelt sich der Versand per UPS zum Problem. Das Paket war nach einer Woche noch nicht angekommen. Erst auf Nachfrage bei Collister wurde die Thematik aufgegriffen und mir als Kunde gegenüber erklärt. Der After Sale Prozess ist verbesserungsfähig. UPS hat dann zu einem unbekannten Zeitpunkt zugestellt, ich war nicht anwesend. Nun versuche ich seit 3 Tagen das Paket an der angegebenen Lagerstelle abzuholen, bisher erfolglos. Auch heute wegen privater Gründe geschlossen, was durch angeklebten Zettel an der Tür kommuniziert wird. Katastrophal. Solange Sie mit UPS versenden werde ich leider nicht mehr bestellen.

Le site est facile à utiliser, les explications des produits sont bien claires. J’aurais voulu mettre 5 étoiles mais : Je n’ai reçu aucune confirmation de commande. Mon compte a bien été débité même si je n’étais pas encore livrée. J’ai été surprise de trouver ma commande dans ma boîte aux lettres : je n’ai pas été avisée de l’envoi, du jour de livraison. J’étais dans le flou complet !!!

I bought a new foundation and unfortunately the color is much more pale then shown at the website... I had to open it to see, so no return....

Les produits sont bons il n’y a pas de débat. Toutefois pour la livraison désastreux. Aucune info. J’ai dû aller à la pêche aux infos pour savoir où en était ma commande. Elle a été livrée sans que j’en sois informée et ce depuis une semaine sans que personne ne juge bon de me prévenir. ….

La dernière fois, le collis ne m'a pas été délivré chez moi, sans avis . le colis était dans un dépot, à 7 km de chez moi. Difficile de le récuperer. Autre problème est l'extrême mauvaise traduction !

Fast delivery, good quality products. - Sometimes I miss more information about the use of the products. For such expensive ones, I expect more samples instead of 1 sample. A bit poor compared to other similar webshops

daar ik toch regelmatig bestel zou het fijn zijn wat meer of toffere samples te mogen ontvangen. Verder ben ik zeer tevreden over de producten.
