In Dutch, you can use google translate: het is erg ingewikkeld om in te loggen met je account (volgens mij heb ik al meerdere keren een nieuwe account aangemaakt) en het is ook ingewikkeld om te betalen. Gewoon Ideal zou veel fijner zijn. Ik ben met het plaatsen van een bestelling vaak 30-40 min bezig, tijd die ik eigenlijk niet heb maar jullie schoenen zijn gewoon té fijn... Dus veel te verbeteren wat mij betreft.

Non si puo' affidar la spedizione a brt e' passata .una settimana ed ancora non ho ricevuto nulla

Kinda hard to leave a review when I didn’t receive my package and was told I signed for it. I work all day so now I’m curious as to who signed for my package and walked off with it?

I want to return my pair of shoes (too small). I ordered a new pair. But i can’t return my first pair with DHL. The scan code isn’t correct. I called already 3 times bye the helpdesk cannot help me.

Non ottima devo dire !!! I modelli più interessante del sito non si trovano in nessuno store per cui bisogna ordinarli dal sito . Le taglie sono tt sballate chi grande chi piccola per lo stesso 38 cosa che manda molto in confusione per acquistare. Da ciò un reso dietro all altro di una lentezza enorme per riavere il danaro speso per comprare effettivamente 2 paia di scarpe avrò anticipato 500€ per pagarne effettivi 160€ non ricomprerei facilmente

I recently purchased a pair of Diadora shoes, and the edge of the sole is already coming loose, before I’ve even worn them. This is not the first time this has happened. It’s now the second pair within a short period of time with the exact same issue. Frankly, this is unacceptable. When spending €260 on a pair of shoes, I expect premium quality and durability, not a defect straight out of the box.

Online items when receive do not match. Than it’s another useless process of getting approved to send item back will not be ordering from this company again

le produit est bon, par contre très compliqué pour la livraison en deux fois et le remboursement... service client nul , obligé de rappeler et toujours pas remboursé 1/20 (pourtant j'adore la marque) très déçu par le service !

Not very good. I ordered a pair of shoes and immediately wanted to cancel it to order a different pair of Diadora shoes. I called and nobody answered and so I sent an email immediately. I then called Diadora customer service the following day. Despite the fact that the shoes had not shipped, the customer service agent told me that emails are not immediately reviewed and that there was no way to cancel the order. I received the order and tried to refuse it to return to sender but the UPS person dropped it on my front step. I took the box to return to sender with UPS and the box was returned to my address. I now have to open the box and pay $7 dollars to return a box that should’ve been canceled with plenty of time.
