I need a new shipping return label as the one in the box is unreadable by UPS. I need to return the sneakers because they do not fit. I have emailed this request as well, I tried calling customer service and got no one to pick up the phone.

allucinante, fintanto avrete un vettore come BRT e un servizio di assistenza telefonica, inutile,non mi azzardero'mai più ad acquistare dal vostro store. Pessimi è dire poco!

Ik heb een pincode ontvangen die niet correct is Ik heb daarover gemaild en geappt maar ik krijg geen bericht van ontvangst of antwoord. Waarschijnlijk is het pakket nu ook weer opgehaald vanuit de locatie. Ik heb betaald maar heb geen idee waar mijn schoenen zijn... Zeer slechte communicatie helaas

Your online store worked flawlessly the first time I used it. Clothing delivered so quickly from Milan. My second purchase was an absolute nightmare . I ordered $470 usd worth of clothing tried to use the promo code. It wouldn’t work. None of the items were on sale. It kept saying my card info was incorrect. Tried for two days confirmed my card wasn’t blocked. Error changed to bad possible bad connection. Tried without promo code it eventually went through. Very expensive purchase. Had to make third purchase of a sweater on its own because it said none in stock and when retried it said limited stock. It allowed me to purchase with promo. Won’t use online store again. Over 100usd in shipping fees because separate purchase was required.

I was sent the wrong item. When I emailed customer service to ask them to send the correct item they ignored my request and asked instead for me to send the wrong item back for a refund. That's not what I wanted nor do I think it was fair: I would have received a refund for the cost of the goods, but not for the duties I paid to receive it. I would have also had to wait for the new item, and pay the duties for that new item. It was Diadora's mistake -- so should Diadora decide how to make up for their mistake? I think the company should listen to customers and not ignore any reasonable requests for compensation for their mistake.

Schuhe sind gut, Sendung einfach schrecklich: hat 2 Woche gedauert und könnte am ende nicht zu meine Haus ankommen.

J'ai été très déçue du produit livré, une chaussure avait un défaut. Le problème est qu'on ne peut pas faire d'échange. Recommander une nouvelle paire m'aurait fait perdre ma réduction de nouveau client.

To be honest, I always liked diadora brand for shoes and tracksuits. Always wear them since a was kids in Italy. Now that I’m living in Australia, it’s hard to get them easily. But I tried to place an order online and the products are expensive, pay for delivery with not minimum of bill for a free delivery, not matter how much you spend. I get the order (2 pairs of shoes) And the size are wrong. Give one back, I pay for the delivery again from the refund. The other pair I will sell it here, because isn’t worthy to send the shoes back. Bad experience.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company because all of my coworkers had great things to say about the brand. A few days after ordering my pair of shoes, they come in the mail, I open the box, and the colored dye from part of the shoe completely bled onto the white part of the shoe. Not sure if it was a defective pair or if the heat from the package traveling damaged the dye, but the shoes were damaged upon me opening the box. So apparently the only way I can get a pair that isn’t messed up is to send back the original pair and wait for them to reach the warehouse. Then once it reaches the warehouse, they will process a refund. And then once I get the refund back, I have to place a whole new order. It’s kind of ridiculous considering the shoes were delivered to me damaged. I don’t think I’ll be ordering a new pair once I get a refund because the customer service wasn’t the best.

I ordered an item which Diadora offered me a 20% discount. My order never turned up and I was given a full refund after a few weeks of waiting. My issue is I ordered the item because of the 20% discount. Diadora wouldn't send a replacement. What a waste of time!!
