Bien que la livraison ait été effectuée avec succès, je rencontre des difficultés pour obtenir une réponse en ce qui concerne un retour. Le code-barres fourni ne fonctionne pas comme ils l'indiquent. J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails sans recevoir de réponse. Je préférerais ne pas conserver un produit qui ne me convient pas.

Voilà j avais commandé une paire de chaussures via internet mais tout ne c est pas passé comme prévu, après avoir fait ma commande on m'a retiré une somme d argent tout à fait normalement je reçois le colis assez vite mais curieusement la boîte est très légère d ou le réflexe de ne pas l ouvrir,je contacte via infodiadora@diadora.com et aussi via le 0800. Au contact de l opératrice je lui signale ce qui c est passé tout en lui disant que j avais pris les photos de la boîte et me dit de faire une vidéo et de l envoyer à infodiadora@diadora.com Les photos ça passe mais la vidéo ne passe pas vu sa longueur. Donc plusieurs jours passent et la on m informe que l on va me rembourser et ça c est fait très vite j ai reçu mon argent le jour même. Mais voilà je suis très déçu parce que j y tenait tellement à cette paire de chaussures vu que je n en trouve pas dans les environs.

Pas de photo publié de la chaussure portée. De plus, pas de moyen de suivre son Coli. Aussi, la livraison via DHL a été un désastre (annonce que le livreur vient tel jour mais ne vient pas sans prévenir, laisse le coli chez un voisin alors que j'ai bien dit que je ne voulais pas qu'il soit livré ailleurs qu'à ma porte avec ma signature) la livraison à été un vrai cauchemar. J'ai du appeler tous les jours pendant trois jours. Un enfer.

Placed my order on the 12/8/23.on the 18th I contacted diadora telling them I have had no communication about shipping.i was told the q4 and 15th were holidays in Italy which is fair enough.contacted yourselves again on the 22nd about not receiving shipping information.was sent 2 dpd shipping numbers which don't seen to correspond with dpd so now on the 23rd I have still not received my order and don't know where it even is

Zip on one of the pants recvd did not work properly and it has been taking more than a week for the company to investigate while a photo and video of the defective product was were sent. At this point of this writing, no update from the company is recvd.

I’m satisfied with the quality of the product. However the shopping experience was unsatisfactory: I ordered size L and they sent me XL. I sent an email that was never answered, and only when I started the return process they replied the sizes are European and therefore they were correct. How was I supposed to know that? Bottom line, I can return the items, but I can’t exchange them for the size I want. Poor customer service overall.

They are comfortable shoes and look great from the outside, but (!) the inside of the heals are falling to pieces within one week! The quirky way the back is cut is sold as something that makes the shoe unique, but in reality it is just poor quality.

Shipping seems slow. There is also a lack of communication. I emailed customer service 2 days ago and still have not received a response on order status. When I use the option on the website to track order, it says order not found.

Nn posso essere contento del servizio dato visto che avevo acquistato due articoli per effettuare regali per natale ma nn ho potuto consegnarli visto che nn sono arrivati Successivamente ho rifatto un terzo acquisto e quest’ultimo è arrivo in tempi veloci Sono curioso di vedere come andrà a finire il mio primo acquisto perché mi dicono che è stato consegnato ma io nn ho ricevuto

The process of ordering is easy, but I don’t understand how can Portuguese islands, Madeira and Azores, are not covered on deliveries.
