I am happy with the fabric and the design, however not happy with the service, information provided or lack of VAT tax invoice. The suit does not come with any padding, and there was no information on the website available when I tried to find out. I googled the suit and it referenced the Energiapura website and it said it had padding. Also, I requested a VAT tax refund for the item as I purchased in Austria and am shortly flying out to home in Australia. I requested a tax invoice with VAT for this purpose, noting I am a private buyer. It was after the product arrived and I followed up that I was told they do not provide this. I have had every other supplier in Europe provide the VAT export form, so I am disappointed Energiapura chose not to do this.

Good morning, The racing suits in our online shop are not padded or have any protection. This is not mentioned in the description. Regarding the tax invoice, you can only issue one if you have a VAT number by filling out all the appropriate information. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order. We're always available to answer any questions.

You have a WhatsApp message service to ask questions on the website - I have used this twice now and just been told to email info@energiapura - when I email this the answer is the same - 'I don't know'. Why have a WhatsApp messenger service if you just get told to email the question? The lack of stock and availability information is very frustrating.

Ho effettuato diversi ordini ma questa e' la prima volta che invio un ordine a fine mese ed il prodotto verra' presuntivamente inviato dopo 2 mesi!!! Mi sembra eccessivo. Attendo Vostre
