Il prodotto (ADOBE ACROBAT PRO DC 2020) è funzionante. L'unico problema è che non è possibile attivare il prodotto, in quanto il numero seriale non è corretto. L'altro prodotto acquistato (OFFICE PROFESSIONAL PLUS 2024) non l'ho ancora installato, per cui non so ancora se andrà bene e se sarà funzionante

Following the checks to see if my computer was compatible for the software, it seemed it was, so I paid and downloaded the required software, which all worked fine. However, once downloaded I found that I waisted my time because after downloading it then said my computer was not compatible. So my experience until that point was good, I'm not happy that I have software that I'm now not able to use.

bestellt wurde von mir Microsoft Office 2024 Home and Business. Erhalten habe ich Microsoft Office Profesional pro. Auf meine Nachfrage ob ich die bestellte Version irgendwie bekomme, hieß es der Artikel ist nicht lieferbar. Ja, mir wurde eine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises angeboten. Aber sinnvoller wäre es einen nicht lieferbaren Artikel nicht zu bewerben oder aber den Käufer beim Bestellvorgang auf die nicht Lieferbarkeit hinzuweisen. Ich habe letztlich den gelieferten Artikel behalten. Aber ich werde bei Esdcodes nicht mehr bestellen und den Shop auch nicht weiter empfehlen.
