Velocissimi ad inviare il codice perfettamente funzionante. Purtroppo il link di download non funziona. Dopo aver sentito il supporto Esdcodes mi hanno rimandato sullo stesso link che a me non funzionava. Probabilmente il download di un file di 6 gb può generare problemi. Ho risolto utilizzando la procedura on line di Microsoft.

Only used canva for a short while. I saw the was deal but did not realise it is an educational package so when you input the code it linked my already free account as a secondary account the first being the code/educational one... The problem is whatever I have already created on my free account does not migrate over to the 1 year paid account..yes I can still see my previous work but unable to copy it across.. so not very satisfied with this purchase.. I have used esd codes before and been pleased. But not this time.

Acquisto effettuato ma arrivata mail vuota, aperta contestazione. Contatto e alla 3 mail con scritto vi invio copia per vostra comodità... Comunque mi arriva il tutto e anche se ho dovuto installare in modo molto diverso da descrizione datomi è andato tutto a buon fine. Morale c'è da migliorare il servizio, grazie. Prezzo onestissimo

Activation of the license did not go as described in the instructions. I uninstalled the existing trial version of office 365 as ad vised , but on trying to activate the license I was never asked to enter the key, it simply said this will be downloaded for me. I have no idea how, and whilst the product seems to be working, I do not really know its status.. If it is permanently activated then everything is fine, and I am happy with the product

Le istruzioni ricevute via E.mail per istallare il programma Office 2024, sono da migliorare, in quanto non erano del tutto coerenti con la procedura da eseguirsi per l'istallazione. Sono riuscito all'istallazione dopo numerosi tentativi. Buona giornata.

Shopping was ok but the software gave quite some problems, partly during installation and partly using it. Meanwhile I have a reaction to my problem report and I wil try to follow the instructions to see whether it solves my problems.

La phase « commerciale » s’est bien passée, mais il semble que le produit soit en fait obsolète (théoriquement Microsoft arrêtera le soutien en fin d’annee, mais en fait on est déjà incité à l’installation à passer à la version abonnement 365, sans autre possibilité d’installation stand alone); Et même après les conseils de la HotLine Esdcodes

Il prodotto (ADOBE ACROBAT PRO DC 2020) è funzionante. L'unico problema è che non è possibile attivare il prodotto, in quanto il numero seriale non è corretto. L'altro prodotto acquistato (OFFICE PROFESSIONAL PLUS 2024) non l'ho ancora installato, per cui non so ancora se andrà bene e se sarà funzionante
