Buona esperienza, dopo una prima impasse in cui non ho avuto notizie del prodotto acquistato e non avevo risposte dal servizio clienti, mi hanno risposto e scusandosi per l'attesa mi hanno spiegato le cause e soprattutto risolto il problema in tempi rapidissimi. Non do 5 stelle solo per il fatto che se il prodotto non è disponibile ma lo sarà dopo un po' di tempo deve essere indicato.

I bought a copy of Microsoft office 2021. When I loaded it, it was in Italian!. Online instructions helped me change the language to English, which resulted in two versions of Office being loaded. I thought I had a problem with the licence key as well, but contact with Esdcodes customer service helped me sort out my error. (they also provided a solution to the language issue so I should have contacted them in the first place). I still don't know why the program loaded in a foreign language, however I am happy that I now have a properly working English version, and that Esdcodes customer service proved to be concerned and helpful.

Excellent price for Office; a little complicated as when installed, it was not the English version. After exchanging emails with customer services (who were very helpful), I eventually downloaded the English pack and all was well.

Simple purchase pro ess, and excellent instructions received quickly. Install via method 1 (MSoft) appeared to work, but after reboot icons did nothing. Tried Method 2 (iso), and worked perfectly. For some reason, the MS link tried to install Office 2019 AND Office 365, I think this caused the conflict (this is an educated guess!). Overall, a very good service and price and one I would recommend.
