The package was unsafe no bubble wrapped or foam to hold the stuffs inside. Also I was charged 72 euros tax.

I was really excited with the product. But I was really disappointed with the misleading advert. I thought I could get the 15% discount voucher and I spent numerous time trying. Not only until I wrote and a few days later, I was told that the voucher did not apply to the product. I am happy with the product nonetheless.

Easy and quick website to use with lots of good info and pictures. The checkout process didn't have some of the normal steps that I expected so I was unsure whether the order had gone through, did make it quicker though

Unfortunately, the wrong product was shipped. I had ordered 2 units of the R3 Skid Road but only 1 was received. The other unit was for another model. I need to return.

Sito che prevalica con la lingua inglese anche se impostato italiano, lento nel caricare immagini e commenti. Ogni volta che si apre una pagina la apre in inglese per poi tradurla in italiano in tempi non proprio brevi. Non è un problema di rete perché anche con wifi il problema persiste.

I had a lot of issues with putting items into my shopping cart. The credit card verification didn’t work very well, took four tries before it accepted my card. But shipping was super fast! Arrived two days early.

Had some issues ordering correct size shoes as size guide suggested a shoe that was smaller than i normally wear. Followed the guide and ordered EU44 which was not big enough. Had some issues/delays returning the shoes due to COVID rules on return goods. Did manage to return the shoes after a few weeks for a refund. Decided to purchase from a local online store in the UK. Can't currently review the product as replacement has not arrived yet.

online store is great, easy to navigate. shipping was quick and easy, especially given the covid-19 environment. return process is not clear nor simple to navigate. purchased two different sizes, intending to keep the one that fits best. why are returns so complicated? should be simple matter of click a button, get a return label...like every other online retailer...

Initially the ordering was really easy, the shoes were a little too big and I’ve been waiting a week for a response to exchange them for a smaller size. I’ll probably end up buying them locally and just doing a straight return.

I ordered the saddle in 150mm. I got 140mm. But it‘s ok for me now I got used to it even it was the wrong product.
