Required professional installation. The reviews say that the structure is very strong, but it seems pretty flimsy actually. The instructions were a little confusing as far as where the metal wire was supposed to run through. The racks are a little bit uneven.

Ich habe das Foxydry in der Schweiz erhalten. Die Verzollung war unkompliziert geregelt. Ich hatte mir im Voraus alle Videos angeschaut. Der Qualität ist Ok, aber nicht hochwertig.

Inmiddels de doos ontvangen. Door de grote afstand en vele handelingen is de doos een beetje beschadigd. Hopelijk is de inhoud nog heel. Ik raad U aan om indien naar NL een steviger verpakking te maken. Omdat ik hem nog niet gemonteerd heb i.v.m een verhuizing kan ik nog geen oordeel vellen. In April weet ik meer en zal het hier melden.

As far as the product is ok, the refund service in case you want to return the product is horrible. First you need to send a written letter with post to an address in Italy and then you can send the product back at your expense to ANOTHER address in Italy. So if you are 100% sure the product is good for you, then you probably should order one. But if you hesitate, do not, because returns are way harder to what modern shops offer.

El producto adquirido no cumple las expectativas, ya que las cuerdas en la polea se salen continuamente cada vez que baja el tendedero y resulta una incomodidad cada vez que se va a usar. No lo recomendaría.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to review your product. It's well built, the materials appear to be of good quality but, despite it being 1 month si ce I ordered it, I have been unable to use it. Delivery was 2 weeks which is acceptable but, despite me ordering the wall mount version, the mounting brackets were shipped without any bolts/plugs to actually attach them to the wall. I dis reach out to the Foxydry AI Bot which was very impressive and very well trained. It assured me that the missing components would be shipped to me but, I have not received any shipping details so, do not know if it's has actually carried out this activity. I can only give 3 stars because of this. Once I get the missing components I will happily review the product again, once I've had the opportunity to use it.

Excellent produit, très quali. Dommage que l envoi traine... presque 2 semaines entre la commande et l envoi. Pourtant, j ai demandé des nouvelles de ma commande au bout d une semaine (ayant un impératif de livraison max) et j ai eu une réponse de mise en priorité de ma commande. Pourtant, ça n a pas été le cas et le colis est arrivé trop tard.

Ordering & then changing size (my mistake) was easy. Brilliant communication. However the unit keeps catching the wires behind the pulleys, no matter what I do or how I adjust them. Every time I use it I have to realign the cables. This is going to shorten the life of the cables. Design flaw. Would probably not buy another one as a result.

Der Kundenservice ist fantastisch.Ausgezeichnete Reaktionsfähigkeit. Bequem - Die Wäscheleinen liegen sehr dicht beieinander. Der Ventilator trocknet die Wäsche nicht wie vorgesehen in 3 Stunden. - Beachten Sie, dass zum Aufstellen des Wäscheständers 2 Personen erforderlich sind.

El envío llegó rápido, la pieza es la correcta...pero eché de menos un folleto de instrucciones ( lo solucioné mirando vídeos). Me gustaría poner una foto de unos topes que van en los hilos....muy pequeños que no pude quitar del hilo anterior, que tuve que cortar porque el tornillo no salía y que no me enviasteis otros. Son como unos anillos metálicos pequeños que se cogen a los hilos. Ahora está con un simple hilo. Tengo foto de los anillos pero no me deja adjuntarla.

Einer der beiden gelieferten Foxydry Hide war leider falsch vormontiert und musste vor der Installation vollständig zerlegt und korrekt zusammengesetzt werden. Bei einem Produkt in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich mir eine einfache Qualitätskontrolle erwartet, um solche Probleme im Vorfeld zu vermeiden.

I ordered two items from Fox dry in the same order. They were delivered separately but only had one item tracker so it appeared as though the second item was missing. I emailed and they said it was a second order but this just wasn’t clear. The instructions are missing some crucial information that would make insulation so much easier. For example, the fold up item instructions could include the distance on the inside between the screw holes but it doesn’t. So you have to install one crossbar first. This is fine, but they could just give you the measurement. The screws included are not the best quality and I had one snap in the screw hole during installation which means I had to find a replacement screw. Overall, it’s a very handy way to dry clothes, but these little things make a lot of difference.

The product was bent - it can be used, but looks bad in downwards position. Additionally it easily damages the wall.

Die Lieferzeit war sehr lange, was aber bekannt war. Die Verpackungen der 2 Lieferungen waren in sehr gutem Zustand. Leider war das Gerät IN der Verpackung in einem weniger guten Zustand - es sind Farbstriche (keine Kratzer) auf dem Lack, die ich noch reinigen muss. Die Abdeckung der Lampen war viel zu fest verschraubt was zu Beulen geführt hat. Die Halterung der Leuchtkörper war total verbogen und die Leuchtkörper selber waren lose IM Foxydry. Wir haben jetzt alles montiert und der Foxydry wirkt in Summe etwas „schief“ - wir hoffen das wird mit dem Gewicht der Wäsche besser. Derzeit ist er noch unbenutzt, da der Elektriker noch keine Zeit hatte das Gerät anzuschließen, deshalb kann ich sie Funktion erst dann testen. Fotos sind vorhanden. Gibt es einen Servicetechniker? Ich bin bereit meine Bewertung auf 4 oder 5 Sterne zu erhöhen, wenn alles funktioniert - demontieren und retournieren wäre ein Riesenaufwand.
