The ordering process was easy. We got the boots in a timely manner. However, returning the boots has been next to impossible. In order to return them, I was asked to fill out a return request form. It has been 2 weeks and I have yet to hear anything from Garmont about my return. I'd like to return the boots but I can't. It's getting really frustrating.

my boots came with no insoles and i had to order a pair of insoles because i don’t have access to returning them being in the military.

First time buying these boots and completely disappointed. I contacted you guys about the right boot feeling a little off and snug and the left boot is fine and got no response. I was told by a coworker that they would stretch after wearing a few times. Well that didn't happen so now I'm stuck with a pair of boots I can't wear. I have never worn any boots that felt this way so I guess they will sit in my closet. Total waste of money.

From what you've described, it sounds like your boot might have a manufacturing issue.The good news is all our boots are covered under a one-year warranty! return process was a pain and not simple. Additionally they do not provide exchanges so if you dont get the right size you have to start back over before you get your new pair.

Your website does not work properly. The cart was not working properly. I suggest your executives go online and proceed through the buying process. It is not smooth or problem free. When asking questions it takes days to get a response. You should have a phone number that someone can call. Your system need a top to bottom review.

I made my order and received it perfectly. I needed to return the boots, and after weeks, I still haven’t heard from the company. You have to request a return and be accepted. I’ve called the company and no one answers. I needed my over $200 back to get a different gift for my soldier. He’ll go back soon with nothing!

Bought a pair of T8 Bifidas. They arrived defective and the eyelets in the center just popped out without them even being walked in for more than a day. Still no response from customer support about warranty

Shopping experience was easy however I ordered the boots via 2-day air but received them approximately after 5 business days.

You ordered the product on 08/31 in the afternoon and we shipped it the next day, Friday afternoon 09/01. The shipment arrived on 09/06 so after 3 business days, we are sorry that the courier did not meet the expected shipping time.

I love the quality of boot. I purchased the boots on a discount code G-RECRUIT but was shipped the wrong size boots. When I explained the error I had to return the incorrect boots andnre purchase the correct size. Although the discount was expired by then they honored my discount and sent a new code but I was still left to pay the shipping on both orders and the return order which resulted in my boots actually costing more than if I hade bought them at my local retailer. I was quite disappointed

Sadly, I am left unsatisfied with Garmont. I purchased the T 8 BIFIDA WIDE tactical boot from the Garmont website but discovered that the boot isn’t actually wide, it’s just named “Wide”. My feet are just a little wider than normal shoes and boots, which can be very uncomfortable and cause my toes to cross over each other. This is why I purchased the “Wide” version of the T8 Bifida. I was perfectly happy to exchange them for a wider version, I’ve worn Garmont before and was happy with them, even though they wore out faster than other brands, they were comfortable and practical. But, when I emailed Garmont to initiate an exchange, I was told I had to pay for shipping. I’m not happy with that. The name of the boot led me to believe these were a wide boot, when they are just regular sized. I responded politely to their email but was ignored. So, I will be paying for shipping to get my money refunded but I will not be buying from Garmont again. I’m just one person, so my business will not effect Garmont one way or another. But in the age of internet shopping, product names and descriptions mean something. And if their misleading, free return shipping is an industry standard. Both Danner and Nike have tactical boots and free shipping for returns, so I’ll be checking them out.

I received my T 8 Bifida boots and saw that there were no insoles. I reached out to customer service and am in correspondence with a representative, but they have yet to mail them out to me after 11 days. The rep says that they will give me a tracking number once shipped but I have to engage with the rep to get a response versus them taking the initiative to keep me informed. I have yet to wear the boots so I can’t say how well they wear.

I had mistakenly submitted an incomplete address when ordering. Upon realizing that I made a mistake (same time order was placed) I emailed and called Garmont Support to inform them in which they said the issue was fixed. However, according to the USPS, the issue was not fixed and the package was almost returned to the seller if I had not went to the post office to collect it. What is the point of the support hotline if they are not going to help with the issue? Been buying Garmont products for years, extremely disappointed.

We have been trying to reach customer service for three weeks and we have heard nothing back. I have emailed several times and have entered a return request. The status has changed since I submitted it a month ago. It's very disheartening to be left in the lurch.

My order had a defective sole i still ended up paying shipping for a new pair. customer service was nice and gave me a promo code however memorial day sale emailed a better % off and i still over paid again.

It looks like we are waiting for your order to be returned to our warehouse, once it is returned a full refund is being processed for the first pair. It looks like this should have been covered as a warranty replacement but was requested as a return so there may have been some confusion during this process as the item was already sent back.
