Impossible to find the approach shoe replacement laces that I required for my TX guide shoes, on the La Sportiva website! I had to make an enquiry through a local UK based La Sportiva retailer! I'm annoyed that I'm having to replace the shoe laces in the first place, because the shoes are only 9 months old!!! And, to add 'insult to injury' the laces cost about £2.00 but the shipment from La Sportiva that I was being charged was a further £14.00 'FOURTEEN' pounds!!!! That's 7 times more than the laces themselves!!! Very unimpressed and disappointed!

Your website is extremely slow, that's my second order and I was experiencing same issues with your polish version of that webpage. I bought clothes only because I know the quality and I really needed those but otherwise, I wouldn't spend so much time, it's not worth it. You have to improve it, especially that there are many bugs. Unfortunately I'm a Web QA...who loves mountains :(

I was emailed to say my order was shipped, but then I had waited about 2 weeks and I got another email saying this: "Unfortunately your shipment has been sent to sender due changes in custom procedures for Brexit situation." I was not informed about this problem and I was told it was my responsibility to contact them to talk about it... Although I did receive a full refund I am still without any climbing shoes and I now have to search again from scratch and buy from other retailers. Disappointing.

LaSportiva, generally, the communication process was genuine; my primary issue is that the MEGA ICE EVO was listed as in-stock when trying to purchase, and then when processed was denied by Customer Service for being out-of-stock. When my order was placed, the team would then update the website page as out-of-stock. So, I had to be refunded twice (one pending). I wouldn't have placed the order if it was out-of-stock, and it looks like you can not perform this action if this is indeed the case. So, now I'd like to receive a back-in-stock notification for this product, and I'm registered, so this is a good experience. Overall, the quality of LaSportiva's products allows me to look past the online issues. We will be shooting a film, and wanted to get the MEGA ICE EVO in the film, so still looking elsewhere for stock. Loyal Customer, Ryan Holm

Support was unable to help me with my request. The support is centralized and there is no communication between them and the actual brand. It was below par.

I have been pleased with the product but still waiting for refund on returned top. It was returned with correct label and in perfect condition . Money taken for replacement but no refund for returned goods -

I got the pants in different color than ordered - black/anthracite instead of grey. There is no mistake in my view as I have another gray La Sportiva pants which are really grey. Finally I did not claim it to avoid the time loss, but definitely I am not happy. Delivery time - ok

La Sportiva was born in 1928 when Narciso Delladio hand-crafted wooden leather boots for many lumber-jacks and farmers of the Fassa and Fiemme valleys (Dolomites, Italy).
