I bought TX Hike Gtx on the online store and I could never sign in again or now the state of the order. Very bad. I have to send emails to have an answer. I receive the boots 4 or 5 days later. The boots were perfect.

Product is nice, basically happy with it i.e. will wear it and not sell it on ebay. My only minor gripe is in the Maple/Saffron colourway (orange) is a few shades less vibrant than illustrated which I find annoying as in 2022 I don't believe there is an excuse for not representing the colour correctly. I have found this elsewhere too where the web people have apparently been over-zealous with the saturation button.

I liked the ordering, shipping and delivery procedures. As for testing the purchased product, Trango Tech Leather Gtx, I just say that, after the first walk of approximately 8km on a mixed course of dirt and tar, my left heel and the third toe of my left foot were injured. To heal this heel wound I stopped wearing these boots for over 1 month. How to proceed to improve the malleability of the boot to the foot?

Items arrived okay but issue with information about shipping not being sent out and only found out via FedEx this time. Also note that for some bizarre reason the UK is now paying customs on the full value so you will pay tax more than once for your items. Ordered from other European companies and not had this issue.

The shoes are great, shipping was free but and it’s a big but, duty & tax of £48.06 totally unexpected and a real blow nowhere is this kind of figure mentioned a warning should be on the site for UK customers

Insufficient sizing information. I had to read reviews and comments to other sites in order to choose the right size. If I had followed the chart provided by the company I would have ordered a smaller size.

I received an email telling me that my product will arrive in a day it didn't, that was inconvenient as I was waiting for the package at home.

I'm not really satisfied to be fair. I only received computer-generated replies from customer service and there is little human interaction. You should aim for a personalised interaction with your customers.

Took some time and communication wasn't regular. This is a tough situation though so it is ok. If I needed the mask quickly then it would have been difficult.

Delivery is unusually expensive, otherwise everything as it shoud be, got my shoes in couple of days upon placing my order.

Easy ordering procedure. I found the invoice confusing because it was in Euros rather than pounds Sterling as a result of which I thought I had been overcharged. I complained and received a polite and prompt reply. It was my mistake and I appreciate the way you made me aware of this.

Order arrived quickly. Unfortunately, I had to return 1 item but the return process from the UK turns out to be very expensive as the destination address is Italy and the original box in which the item was packed is bigger than standard. If you ship to the UK, could you at least have a return address in the UK or provide a return label that allows to return the products for free? Next time I will want to buy something from La Sportiva, I will think twice and ensure I cannot find a similar item from a competitor brand before buying it.
