Orbit Beanie- two general problems 1/ shipping with FedEx- i have received 4 times message with different time of delivery. Then nobody have come and i received new email with new time. At the end I received opened box. Beanie in plastic pack unopened. 2/ size- i tried another beanie of la sportiva and i was sure, that L/XL is right size for me. But this orbit is to big for me. I like La Sportiva products so much, but this makes me angry.

Delivery was fast Boots spot on I was aware of the import tax but after paying £265 and £15 delivery I was a-bit shock at the £69 import tax on the goods. I can buy the same boots in our local outdoor shop for £265, but couldn’t find in my partners size. Please make people more aware of how much the import tax is going to be. No in small print.

Delivery and return is not user friendly. I have dealt with many European brands, I found it very difficult to return or reach our to customer service.

The item is great but unfortunately it was to small, the price to return the item was £16 (tracked and signed), I will not be ordering from this site again due to the cost

In terms of the product I have nothing but praise for the fit and quality, this is excellent. However I was disappointed with the amount of the additional import costs that amounted to almost one third of the price of the product. An improvement would be for Sportiva to make these charges clearer at the start of the ordering process. I also have subsequently found that their products are available in England without these extra charges.

Delivery and return process was quick (unfortunately the size was too small and I needed to send back). However the quality process takes too long and also the approach of customer service a bit disapointing. There is no concrete information whether a bigger size available or not the amount is reimbursed Hope it will be solved soon now

good quality equipment and I am happy with the product - I purchased through the La Sportiva Australia store, however the product was shipped from Italy and I was whacked with a $400 customs fee - this needs to be made clear that it is shipped from Italy and that there are import duties to be paid. it's buried in fine print somewhere, but it is not obvious. if you buy from a specific country store in the native currency, there shouldn't be additional taxes to pay on it (I would have expected this if I'd purchased from a store in Europe, for example).

Order and delivery was quick and nice. However, I retuned a product and asked for exchange. My return package is already in La Sportiva (I got information form carrier) and La Sportiva is silent. I don't know what is going know with my return and when I'll get exchanged product.

Issues using credit card multiple times, website did not accept my first-use voucher and did not give me my discount. Almost gave up on buying the shoes, but glad I didn’t. The shoes themselves are brilliant. Wish the website and the ordering experience was also as good.

Good: 1) speed of delivery 2) refund process Not good: 1) I ordered 4 pair of shoes. All with size 47.5 based on previous models I bought. Unfortunately, two pair of shoes were really too small. For returns: there was not print out label, and I had to pay for the postal fees. This is not common when buying mountain ware . Please improve this for loyal customers. 2) there is no loyalty program

Shipping was fine, but the return process was painful. The return website didn't work, so I had to contact support. Then, I had to organise my own label to return the shoes.
