Plus jamais ! Honteux ! Ma fille a passé une commande de plus de 60€. Dans sa commande , un bic ouvert , griffé et sans la petite figure dessus . 3 mails que j’envoie pour un retour et zéro réponse . De plus, je lis dans les infos que si retours , c est au client de payer les frais de port !!! Franchement honteux !!! Le bic ira à la poubelle et vous perdez un bon client !

Ich habe das Paket nicht erhalten. Der Paketbote hat es zugestellt, aber nicht an mich. Ich konnte ihn nicht finden, und die Nachbarn auch nicht.

Procedura di reso dall'estero inefficiente e non funzionante. Il pacco è tornato indietro con costi aggiuntivi e legami perché legami non ha ritirato il pacco

Es fehlte ein Artikel in meiner Bestellung, der mir nicht gesendet wurde. Ich habe dies dem Kundendienst mitgeteilt und bis heute weder eine Antwort, eine Stornierung des Artikels noch mein Geld zurück bekommen.

Hello, I purchased the product online and had it delivered to my address in Lithuania. Later, I took it as a gift to my daughter in Türkiye. I had bought a two-player arcade game, but one side is broken and doesn't work. It was a very bad experience for me. Since I brought the product to Türkiye, I couldn't return it. It was a terrible experience.

Suite à une commande en ligne, il manquait 2 articles et un article était cassé. J’ai relancé le service et n’ai toujours pas été contactée. Service insatisfaisant.

Der Antistress-Schaumstoff-Dinosaurier wies mehrere Löcher auf und war insgesamt schlecht verarbeitet. Auch die Cerealienschale hatte kleinere Verarbeitungsfehler. Insgesamt entspricht die Qualität leider nicht den Erwartungen.

Je commande des stylos effaçables depuis des années. Collectionneuse.. tout est ok. Par contre, TRÈS déçue des anti stress. J'en ai pris 2 pour les enfants. Déchirés dès la première pression.

Bonjour , très déçu, malheureusement les stylos sont arrivés cassés (10 stylos dans un grand carton avec seulement une petite feuille pour protéger) résultats ceux avec deux couleur les petit pâtes en haut pour faire descendre les mines sont cassés du coup inutilisables, Mes filles sont très déçu.
