Das Paket ist bis heute nicht eingetroffen, obwohl es seitens GLS für den 1. April angekündigt war. Bin sehr enttäuscht.

Ordering straightforward. Delivery to UK was slow and concerning. The website gives 5 to 8 days for delivery to the UK. Order date 16th March. Tracking indicated that the parcel was despatched on 19th, arrived in Frankfurt on 20th March and was still there on the 26th March. It was finally delivered to my UK address on 28th after several emails sent to Legami Customer Service none of which received satisfactory explanations for the delay and why it had sat in Frankfurt for 6 days.

Un stylo arrivé cassé. J'avertis par mail pour ce problème. On me dit de faire une réclamation sur le site pour un échange ou remboursement je ne sais pas car lorsque je mets mon numéro de commande comme indiqué, je reçois un message comme quoi je ne peux rien renvoyer de cette commande. Vu le prix du stylo j'abandonne. C'est dommage. Je ne sais pas si je vais recommander. J'avais fourni la photo du produit cassé dans un mail. J'étais pourtant satisfaite jusqu'à maintenant.

Purtroppo una penna è arrivata rotta e nessuno ha risposto alla mia segnalazione Una antenna della penna coccinella è arrivata rotta per lo spostamento nel pacco.

Les stylos sont supers ! Cependant vous avez choisi GLS comme livreur en France, et cela s'est très mal passé ! Ils ne sont jamais venus chez moi et ont déposé le colis dans un point relais sans me prévenir ! Pour une livraison payée 10 €, c'est cher payer pour devoir se déplacer pour récupérer son colis !

Livraison rapide mais j’ai un problème avec un produit qui s’est cassé rapidement. Il s’agit de l’antistress kitty que je n’ai pourtant pas si mal mené.

Un des achats est arrivé plié sur le côté, un bloc note 🗒️ détruit sur le coin en haut à gauche. Je suis déçue de la qualité de la livraison. J’aimerais un remplacement offert ou un bon de dédommagement mais personne ne répond. Le service client n’est pas très bon.

Commençons par le positif : je suis contente des produits réceptionnés. En revanche, le site buggue beaucoup quand vous voulez créer votre compte client et qu'ensuite vous souhaitez vous connecter à votre compte pour passer commande. Ensuite, énorme déception à la réception du colis. Les stylos se baladaient dans le colis ... ils auraient pu être à minima emballés dans un papier de soie par exemple.

J’ai reçue mon colis avec le pot de stylo cassé et un stylo cassé et impossible de me connecter pour faire le retour

Ich habe bei Legami ein 2er Set HAPPY Easter bestellt. Notgedrungen für inlcus Porto 16, 40 Euro. Es gibt diese Stifte nämlich bei uns nicht zu kaufen .Geliefert wurde ein einzelner Marienkäferstift , der hier in allen Geschäften rumliegt. Ich schrieb umgehend eine Beschwerde- Mail an Legami. Die lange Antwort kam komplett auf Englisch und die Rücksendung schien kompliziert zu sein . Ich habe es nicht genau verstanden. Wahrscheinlich verzichten ich deshalb auf weitere Schritte und rate deshalb von einer Bestellung bei Legami ab .

Ho fatto due tentativi di ordine online di cancelleria e purtroppo o sono stata sfortunata io, oppure il servizio non funziona: il primo ordine non è andato a buon fine per un loro problema tecnico; il secondo ordine non mi è mai stato consegnato e quindi ho dovuto richiedere il rimborso. Dopo qualche sollecito, hanno emesso il rimborso, ma avrei sinceramente preferito ricevere quanto ordinato.
