J’ai fait plusieurs commandes sur le site et j’ai toujours été ravi, on reçoit une facture, on est informé de la livraison puis on est informé par le Livreur et enfin on se fait livrer… Mais cette fois, hélas, tout ne s’est pas passé aussi bien le livreur indique le colis comme livret, et je n’ai absolument rien reçu. La procédure pour se faire rembourser est assez compliqué. On me demande d’envoyer les formulaires que j’ai envoyé et on reçoit le lendemain un message indiquant d’envoyer les mêmes formulaires avec les mêmes documents. On verra comment cela se finit. Mais c’est dommage que la société de livraison associée n’ait pas fait son travail., et que la procédure de remboursement soit compliqué. Dernier point qui m’ennuie beaucoup: j’aurais préféré qu’on me réenvoie la même commande plutôt que de me faire rembourser car cinq jours après des produits ne sont déjà plus disponibles.

Die Waren waren wunderbar, aber der Versand mit GLS eine Katastrophe! Angeblich wurde ein Zuverstellversuch am Donnerstag unternommen. Danach 2 Tage Funkstille, man konnte den Aufenthalt des Pakets nicht herausfinden, bis schließlich am MONTAG (!!!) das Paket bei Nachbarn abgegeben wurde.

Produits conformes à la commande Originalité des produits Legami C’est le service livraison qui pose problème commande d’avant jamais reçu alors que la commande etait marqué livré le livreur l’avait laissé dans l’allée et cette fois ci carton abîmé car forcé pour rentrer dans la boîte aux lettres

ziemlich hohe Versandkosten mit 9,99€ nach Deutschland Versandkostenfrei erst ab 50€( zu hoch der Wert) neue Artikel oft nicht immer verfügbar mehr Gratisversandaktionen ohne Mindestbestellwert

Stylos comme ma fille voulait. Par contre le montant des frais de port est exorbitant et même je dirai indécent presque le double du produit acheté. Mettez cz dans une enveloppe déjà pas besoin d'un gros carton.

les produits sont top, livraison rapide... MAIS les frais de livraison sont VRAIMENT trop honnereux! Je ne suis plus de passer commande régulièrement car c'est exagéré

Bonjour je suis tjs pleinement satisfaite des articles Legami , tous se passe tjs très bien mais chaque livraison est laborieuse , pas une seule livraison est conforme . Des problèmes avec livraison à domicile ou livreur ne so. E même pas et dépose colis dans le relais de son choix . Même en relais cela n arrive pas dans celui choisit . Aucun respect …du client . J ai déjà signalé plusieurs fois les problématique mais pas d’amélioration. Vous devriez changer d opérateur pour la france au moins. Ca gâche l expérience mais on reste fan des legami !

I adore your products but your website is not easy to navigate. I could not find the correct size notebooks that I use. Eventually did but somehow ended up ordering the incorrect size which means I had to go through the returns process. I had already reordered the correct products but could do without the hassle

Ich habe mit dem Onlinekauf keine Probleme gehabt,leider aber mit der Lieferung. Das Produkt wurde kurz vor Zustellung einfach wieder zum Hersteller zurück gesendet. Ohne vorherige Information,warum ? Das Produkt war ein Geschenk und somit standen wir zum Kindergeburtstag ohne Geschenk für die Freundin meiner Tochter da.

Ich bin grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden mit den Produkten – die Qualität ist wirklich gut und auch die Lieferung kam pünktlich an. Leider gab es bei meiner Bestellung ein kleines Problem: Bei einem Klebestift fehlte die Kappe. Ich habe mich kurz nach der Lieferung an den Kundenservice gewandt, allerdings bis heute keine Rückmeldung erhalten – obwohl das Ganze nun schon einige Wochen zurückliegt. Auch wenn es sich nur um eine Kleinigkeit handelt, ist es dennoch ein unvollständiges Produkt, das ich vollständig bezahlt habe. Daher hätte ich zumindest eine kurze Antwort oder Lösung erwartet. Schade, dass der Kundenservice hier nicht reagiert hat.
