Bonjour, j’ai reçu la pipe après une bonne semaine d’attente par la faute de votre prestataire et je vous conseille de changer de partenaire de livraison car Le colis traine à Genève et sera livré au courant de la semaine car UPS est très mal noté en Suisse. La pipe répond à mon attente et j’en suis très satisfait. Bonne journée. Cordialement

The buying process was fine, the shipping process has been very bad. I was told it would come DHS, which would have been a Quick ship to the states. After emailing back-and-forth, I found out lepipe switched carriers because it would be “too expensive”. That is very disappointing to hear as a consumer. The pipe is still tied up in customs with no updates for four days. LePipe needs to do better with this.

I love LePipe and have bought several Petersons from you, but wish you would make it clear HOW my pipe is to be shipped so I can make the choice. It shipped Italian Post, which is quite unreliable for overseas shipping, as I've had pipes go missing (not from LePipe) and it takes SO much longer than DHL or FedEx. Only AFTER I ordered the pipe did I discover it was coming Italian Post!! Other Italian sites simply ship DHL or FedEx. I'm glad I paid through PayPal, in case the pipe doesn't ever arrive, although I hope it will. Could you make this easier for us here in the US??

Dear Mark, I'm sorry for your inconvenience. At the time of registration, the new user is assigned basic shipping, i.e. the Italian Post Office, which is the cheapest. Other times, however, in a completely exceptional way, the modification is requested for all customers, for example Americans, for internal logistical reasons. On the "Cart" page, before sending the order, it says: ...." If you want to choose another courier or change the address, simply click on this link and proceed. Having said that, don't worry because even if you paid not using PayPal we have always guaranteed and compensated the customer if the shipment was lost. We will track your shipment until delivery or the problem is resolved.

Voto ottimo per l'assistenza di LePipe.it Purtroppo il punteggio diventa il più negativo possibile per il servizio offerto dal Corriere TNT, che ad oggi non ha ancora consegnato la merce.( dopo più di quattro giorni lavorativi) Le tre stelle sono riferite alla media e non certo a LePipe.it

Gentile Sig Simeone purtroppo l'operato del corriere non dipende da noi e non sarebbe giusto pagare lo scotto di un voto basso per un disservizio del corriere. Anzi le dirò di più, proprio grazie al disservizio del corriere Lei avrebbe dovuto maggiormente apprezzare la nostra operatività per l'intervento e per la rassicurazione circa il buon esito della consegna.

Very good on personal contact. Not so good on delivering pipes to America (still awaiting last purchase). It was also hard to get a refund for a canceled order and ended up having it to it myself which took hours. bank credit issue.

Dear Mr. Hal, American customers can choose express shipping with DHL at a cost of 33 euros (delivery in about 3/4 working days) or standard delivery with Poste Italiane at a cost of only 15 euros but delivery takes about 6/7 working days. As for the refund of the amount paid for the order that you decided to cancel, I can only say that I requested cancellation of the payment immediately and having forwarded the bank documents, you yourself were able to see the date. If the bank issuing your credit card took 10 days or more to return the sum it is certainly not my fault and there was nothing else I could do to expedite the process. I don't like the things you wrote because you should have evaluated only our behavior and not that not attributable to us. Best regards, Antonio

Bel sito...esperienza positiva. Prodotti di buona qualità e prezzi nella media...venditori disponibili e cordiali...tempi di consegna migliorabili ma per il resto tutto ok

Gentile Cliente la ringrazio per la Sua recensione ma volevo precisare quanto segue: Abbiamo ricevuto il Suo ordine Giovedi 16 Dicembre, abbiamo ricevuto il Suo bonifico Lunedi 20 Dicembre e nello stesso giorno abbiamo eseguito la spedizione che è stata consegnata il 22 Dicembre entro ora di pranzo. Sinceramente non riesco a trovare un modo per migliorare i tempi di consegna.

La pipa è di ottima fattura, non scalda e ha un aspetto pregiato. Il peso e la forma la rende scomoda e fumabile in rare occasioni. Il bocchino risulta molto scomodo da trattenere con i denti pd obbliga la fumata solo con tenendo la pipa sempre in mano. In conclusione è un nell’oggetto dal design ricercato. Non è una pipa da tutti i giorni ma da fumare in tranquillità vista la scomodità

Grande scelta di pipe e grande disponibilità nel seguirti per effettuare l ordine, ma non sempre la descrizione del prodotto è completa e i prezzi per alcune pipe sono un po' elevati

Gentile cliente nella descrizione vengono inserite le stesse informazioni su tutte le pipe tranne per quelle pipe aggiunte al catalogo prima che cominciassimo ad inserire quelle informazioni, come ad esempio la profondità del fornello! Riguardo i prezzi questi sono calcolati tenendo in considerazione i prezzi di listino dei fornitori, in alcuni casi imposti, e comunque mai oltre il prezzo di vendita consigliato. Stabilito il prezzo lepipe.it invia a tutti i suoi clienti dei codici sconti, con scadenza fino a 6 mesi.

The pipe it self is fantastic. The shipping and the packaging was bad. It took a long time and the box was really damaged.

Dear customer we send all pipes properly packaged with the stem packaged separately. Sometime the courrier delivery the parcel in a bad condition but in this case customer should't accept the package. For to avoid all issue and delay it is recommended to choose DHL express courier.

LePipe has some remarkable Petersons, but I found the English-language check-out experience quite difficult. I didn't see that I had a choice in choosing DHL or Italian Post. You may not know, but Italian Post has a bad reputation here in the US for losing packages and not getting them sent in a timely manner. I will be recommending Lepipe on my Peterson blog, but I will tell them it is difficult if you only speak English to understand how to get the right shipping service.

Dear Customer we have as default the Registered Mail of the italian post for give to customers the chance to save money but they can change from cart page both address delivery or shipping method choosing DHL express delivery. I have intention to set DHL express delivery as default shortly.
