I live in Canada and ordered a glass figurine online. I was very pleased with my purchase the figurine was beautiful and exactly as I expected it to be. Getting the package took longer than I expected (and I have made many purchases from European companies) and I would have like to have more timely updates from Murano Glass. I can highly recommend Murano Glass for the beauty and quality of their work.

Terrific experience shopping on this site. Fast shipping from Italy-received my item 10 days from day I placed my order. Package was perfectly wrapped for safety of my item. Beautiful box in which to keep my necklace. One suggestion: would have liked an acknowledgment of my order with expected ship date. I love my new necklace-it's even nicer than pictured on website which has the most interesting designs of any Murano site. Will definitely purchase from this vendor again.
