l'oggetto è come mi aspettavo. Bellissimo! i dettagli della consegna della spedizione poco chiari. Il pacco non è stato consegnato nei tempi stabiliti e quindi è stato difficile conciliare l'arrivo del pacco con le mie attività.

La fattura dei pezzi è spettacolare metto le 4 stelle semplicemente perchè avevo richiesto una modifica particolare al pezzo che ho comprato e la confezione regalo (che ho specificato nel momento in cui stavo facendo l'ordine nell'apposito spazio) ma bon mi è stata fatta ne la modifica ne la scatola regalo (considerando che era un regalo di natale) però sicuramente acquisterò di nuovo presso di loro perchè i pezzi sono veramente ben fatti e sono spettacolari

My Murano glass vase arrived in Australia in mint condition. Great job by the staff in the packaging department. I was very pleased with the free delivery service (DHL) they used. I was even pleased when they contacted with the good news that my package was going to be delivered before the initial estimated delivery time period I was given. I would definitely buy from Made Murano Glass again.....My only gripe was, the $20 mystery glass piece I purchased was disappointing. The item was very small and tacky, but worst of all everytime I look at it I find myself comparing it with my son's ashtray he made me when he was 6yo...I wouldn't dare say its Murano glass, so the ashtray now has a new companion. I definitely won't be ticking that box again and may I suggest you pass on the mystery box and put the $20 towards a new piece of certified Murano glass :)

Tutto bene dal momento dell'acquisto alla consegna. Unica cosa che secondo me è migliorabile è la confezione regalo., mi aspettavo un imballo più' consono per l'occasione, tipo carta bianca tanto per rendere piu' importante l'oggetto.

The quality of the product is excellent. Beauty of the products I bought is outstanding. The only reason for giving four rather than 5 stars is the long time it took to be delivered (3 weeks) but this might be due to the fact it was to be delivered in the UK, and COVID and Brexit might have influenced the delay

The vases I purchased were as described on the site and they arrived with no damage. Overall, I have been very pleased with the quality of the products I have purchased from Mademuranoglass. My only disappointment with my latest order (I am a repeat customer) involves the shipping. This shipment required two boxes, one for each vase. The boxes ended up being separated during transit by DHL and the second package was delivered 4 days after the first. Because a signature was required and multiple Emails for delivery were sent by DHL, for the days where a delivery was indicated, I could not leave my home during the day through 20:00. The only solution for the future is to place orders that will fit into one box for shipping.
