Easy to order but invoice doesn't tell me when I can expect delivery which for an expensive piece of art would be nice to know

Ordering was easy, I did send an email after a few days enquiring when my shipment was due to arrive. Once I did the response was instant and comprehensive. Giving 4 stars, not 5 because there are small scratches on the vase even though it was well packed.

Still waiting, very excited to receive our piece. Delivery timescale could be a little more accurate. Great web page, easy to order would have received 5* if I had my piece. Would definitely shop again

I’m sure everyone will agree that your products are quite beautiful. Many Americans make purchases on EBay. Shipping needs to be set up as part of the EBay experience so the buyer knows the total price of the transaction. You did not do this and it was cause for concern as some companies now days charge rediculous amounts to ship. It’s nice to know the entire cost up front. That’s the only thing, The Italian people and culture are beautiful, with great respect and admiration, Jeff Blomgren

Comunicazione e assistenza da parte del venditore ottima. Servizio imballaggio e spedizione ottimo. L'unica pecca che l'oggettistica acquistata non aveva una propria scatola da confezione .
