Ordered it for christmas within the date on the website it came around 6 weeks later. Not much communication and was told due to a "inventory issue". Shouldn't be selling stuff if no product to sell.

After buying gift voucher I then found out it was cheaper to go to a store and buy bracelet as you could get 20 per cent discount also £10 delivery charge is a ridiculous amount to pay also it took almost 2 weeks to receive. Again better to use a store than online. Never again would I buy a voucher from nomination.

I did pay £10 for a delivery. I appreciate I ordered it on the 26th of December but I didn’t receive my parcel until the 12th of January. To pay £10 for delivery for that doesn’t seem very fair. I did email about it, I got one response, but I also sent another email back and I was ignored. The purchase was for a birthday. When I ordered it on the website it said 2-5 working days with a (£10) delivery charge. I ordered from a different website on the same day and got the parcel 4 days later with a (£4) delivery charge. So it’s made me think, that this service was not very good

Unfortunately i haven't had a good experience since making a purchase. When ever i had a question it was very difficult to find a way of contacting Nomination Italy, as there isn't a direct line of contact. Then when i eventually got in contact with someone i had to wait days for a response and the response was far from adequate, being passed from one person to another as no one seemed to be able to take responsibility. Once i got a response it was very clear that customers service isn't a priority and the staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. All they seem to care about is the purchase, once that's made then the customer is ignored.

We purchased an entire bracelet full of charms in Italy. We wanted to add two additional charms when we got back home and ordered them on the website. What we got was not reflective of the product we saw on the website or what we purchased in Italy. Both charms were crooked. and one of them was rusty. We sent photos and got an excuse that they were crafted individually and therefore, original. When you have an image diagonal and another which ends all the way to the edge, not even centered. and neither look like the craftsmanship of the charms you purchased in Italy or the examples on the website, you start to wonder if you’re. getting charms from their return or defect pile because you’re overseas and would be easy to deny a claim. It was a waste of our money to purchase online. If you’re going to buy a charm do it in person where you can see the product.

We're announcing a free bracelet with $100 dollar purchased and didn't came in. It took almost a month to receive an order.

Worse than terrible. Took an age to dispatch, in fact I had to contact asking why it hadn't been sent. Finally it arrived. Approximately 1 week later it broke, it's now scrap. The final insult is that they break EU regulations by insisting that I pay postage to return a scrap item to get a refund. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

ordered 2 bracelet links complete with 2 sets of gift packaging unfortunately the 2 links were send connected and they were clearly purchased for 2 separate gifts

Absolutely awful experience. First to start the delivery company delivered it to the wrong address. And then spoiled my partners Christmas as we managed to get it and partner opened it on Christmas day for it not to fit turned out nominations had sent the wrong size to what I ordered. Then tried to contact them with no reply except for chat which said they couldn't really help and I would have to email to then say they would have to investigate to see if I was to pay for the return. Never again will I be using them again as there wasn't even a sorry just I needed to email. Customer service is terrible. I'm still waiting for a reply

I was very disappointed in the quality of the products and the description should of pointed out the size of the pearl I have sent them back but did have to pay for this and still not received my refund

I would give zero stars if possible. The product is unacceptable, and the customer service is even worse. I rarely write reviews, but this experience forces me to. I ordered SeiMia earrings that arrived bent and broken, packed only in a flimsy plastic bag with no protection. Additionally, I bought two charms that are supposed to be compatible, yet one didn’t fit at all due to its shape. The website images are misleading—these charms are tiny, not as shown. When I requested a full refund (not a voucher), I’ve been waiting over a week with no resolution. This is utterly disappointing.
