Great item ordered but I've marked as poor as because it didnt fit my daughters bracelet (my mistake) but the return process is not great as it would cost so much to return to nomination Italy so I've not bothered but now I'm out of pocket 😩. Wish it could just be returned to a nomination stockist or a UK address

I ordered this for my partners birthday, delivery was an issue and I had to change collection address and then when the package arrived and I opened it the gift bag itself was tattered and the box with the bracelet in it had a damaged corner this is very disappointing

I ordered my beautiful bracelet. I live in Florida, USA and the bracelet is to tight. They approved my exchange but unfortunately, I can't exchange it because the shipping cost is way more expensive then the actual bracelet. So, I have no choice but to keep it. That has me very upset. I will not be buying anymore with Nomination. So, if anyone from the USA is purchasing any items which they are beautiful just make sure you are buying the correct item because an exchange or return is very pricey.

I have lots of Nomination bought either in shops or from another online retailer. I had a £50 voucher for Mother's Day, so this was my first order direct with Nomination. I had just lost both my dogs, and chose a dangle A and a dangle J, their initials. They arrived packaged well but were scratched, presumably where the dangles had rubbed on the link. I was bitterly disappointed and won't order from.there again, particularly as these charms had such a sentimental meaning, and were also a gift.

It doesn’t matter what charm mine by the enamel always comes out. I wanna love this brand so bad.

Hi Serena, thanks for your review. We care to inform you that Nomination uses cold enamel because hot enamel would damage the gold and silver symbols. Cold enamel is more delicate than hot enamel for this reason each link is sealed with a protective coating to prevent damage. Despite this precaution it is possible that the enamel can "disappear", this is due to the enamel "leaking out" of the link due to the protective coating being damaged. The protective coating can be damaged by water, knocks or blows. For this reason, I kindly invite you also not to wear the bracelet under the shower, in the seaside or in the swimming pool. The bracelet is water resistant but some external elements may damage the enamel and other materials that compose the jewel. Kind regards, Carolina Nomination staff

i purchased a few charms and one bracelet as part of christmas presents. I received all charms attached together and only one box to put the charms in. i messaged customer service to explain that i didnt realise that i wouldnt get boxes as if there was anything they could do to help. The reply i got was unsatisfactory to say the least. i was told that i should have picked the gift option which i didnt know they had and they would do nothing to help this

I ordered an engraved bracelet and filled in 2 lines. The bracelet came back with only the first line engraved. I was told they only received one line and would not redo the piece. Even if the second like did not save. It is their website and I feel I should not have to rebuy the bracelet at a 20% discount. I was very unhappy with the way I was treated and would not recommend this company.

Shopping Experience was good - we rec'd the bracelet quickly and packaged well. We were disappointed that the charms themselves were very hard to read. The engraving is so faint - we all could barely make out what the charms said. My granddaughter did not even notice the individual charms. That was extremely disappointing - not at all what is pictured (the engraving on the charms is much darker)
