i purchased a few charms and one bracelet as part of christmas presents. I received all charms attached together and only one box to put the charms in. i messaged customer service to explain that i didnt realise that i wouldnt get boxes as if there was anything they could do to help. The reply i got was unsatisfactory to say the least. i was told that i should have picked the gift option which i didnt know they had and they would do nothing to help this

I ordered an engraved bracelet and filled in 2 lines. The bracelet came back with only the first line engraved. I was told they only received one line and would not redo the piece. Even if the second like did not save. It is their website and I feel I should not have to rebuy the bracelet at a 20% discount. I was very unhappy with the way I was treated and would not recommend this company.

Ordered 3 charms any other site they are separately packaged but these came all joined together as one gift … I didn’t know I had to purchase separate gifting options

Shopping Experience was good - we rec'd the bracelet quickly and packaged well. We were disappointed that the charms themselves were very hard to read. The engraving is so faint - we all could barely make out what the charms said. My granddaughter did not even notice the individual charms. That was extremely disappointing - not at all what is pictured (the engraving on the charms is much darker)

I received my bracelet a couple of days ago and today when I tried to put a charm on it I realized it was broken and it's the first time I've used it!

I’ve had a terrible experience- my order got sent to the wrong address. Can’t get hold of DHL, nomination take ages to Reply. I have no bangle and they have my money with still no response

Incredibly slow shipping/ dispatch and when I ask for two gift wraps and two items that are the same - it is strange that the two items are linked together in one package when they arrive. Also the message on the gift card was done in a cheap and ugly way, printed on a label that was scewed, rendering them unusable.

Your order included a Composable Classic Link which, as stated on the website, was temporarily out of stock - that's the reason why it took a bit more than the expected, albeit the shipping times were clearly expressed at check out. I LOVE nomination, but this time I bought an engraved birthday gift for my partner, it’s now 9 days after her birthday and I still haven’t received the gift. It’s making me seriously thinking about shopping here again

Your parcel was dispatched according our standard shipping times and, as you already know, this was wrongly delivered by DHL to a different house number. We immediately opened a complaint with the courier company and followed up your case with the utmost attention. Although the courier attempted several times to recover the package, this was unfortunately not possible and, on our side, as a commercial gesture, we decided to proceed with a new shipment. Shopping was easy. I found what I wanted easy. However at the checkout stage when asked if I wanted to add a Christmas box for an extra £2 I ticked yes thinking I’ll get a lovely little box. When my order arrived and there was no box I questioned it and was quickly told that the boxes are only for necklaces or bracelets, not just charms. But NO WHERE on the option when purchasing the box does it state this so now all I have is a piece of card that has a wonky stuck on label for my ‘to…merry Christmas’ etc and a bent bag. I emailed again to say how I feel this should be more clear on the website and never got a reply. Not happy

The necklace came with something stuck to it which had to be picked off. More attention needed when checking stock prior to postage to customer
