It was easy to buy a gift card. The only downside was that you don't get a notification saying that the e-gift card has been sent to recipient. My email confirmation just said that they had received my order and I would be informed when the item was shipped. I received another email a week later stating my order had been shipped. It was a bit confusing as it was an e-gift card, so no shipping was included. I think more specific emails should be sent when ordering gift cards, not just an automated response that isn't relevant. I was worried that the gift had been sent to someone else.

Very long delivery time to Scotland. Especially for £10 delivery on such a tiny item. Item as expected and in good condition. Would most likely not order online again from nomination and instead go to the shop or independent places that stock the charms.

Couldnt use a voucher at the local store had to purchase on line which cost an additional 10 quid for postage and packing. Will not be getting vouchers again.

The dispatch and delivery timelines are not clear enough on the website, or on emails with the order confirmation and dispatch is unbelievably slow. Would be much faster to purchase from an authorised retailer.

I found the website very difficult to use. I placed an order for a bracelet and some charms. When the order was done it had removed one charm and duplicated another. I then had to reorder the missing charm which then incurred a delivery charge too.

Nomination charms - There was lots of choice and beautiful charms to choose from. Unfortunately I bought two charms as gifts for two different people and at no point on the website was I asked how many gift boxes I required which at Christmas time I think is very unfortunate. When I emailed and enquired about another box I was told it would cost £1.50 for the box and £10 delivery. Very disappointed to not have a box for each of my presents

I ordered two Italian link charms, the charms themselves were as expected. However, Nominations made an assumption that the charms were for one person and sent them packaged together ( and linked together). They were in fact , intended for different people. I have arthritis in my hands and find it impossible to separate these charms. Their presentation was very disappointing.

Disappointing to see that if you order more than one charm it’s assumed that they are to be gifted together and just one presentation box is supplied. It would be good to see at check out an option of adding in additional presentation boxes, up to the volume of charms that you’ve ordered

My delivery was quick! Abit disappointed in the 60 charm as it looks like there’s excess glue on the charm so it looks messy. Sad about it because it’s for my Mam

We haven’t given the present yet. But i would like to share that the courier put it in my brothers garden, with no note, and with no one having signed for it. We didn’t find it for a couple days as we didn’t know it was there. I felt it was pretty irresponsible. Not your fault obviously, but figured you would like to know.

where the actual product was fabulous as always. I ordered 3 seperate charms for my 3 grandchildren, when they arrive they were all in one presentation box. Not very practical as I then had to go to a jewellers and get presentation boxes. I would have thought when it was 3 seperate orders I would have received 3 presentation boxes. very disappointed

Very pleased with item myself but it is a birthday present for our daughter who has not received it yet. However it cost £10 delivery which was extortionate! Hence 3star rating!

I ordered 2 charms, 1 for each of my granddaughters Christmas. Unfortunately I have received them joined together and only 1 present box. I have no way of separating the charms.

Was actually very good only for the fact that one of the charms had a slight crack in them still looks ok
