Olico.it is truly the benchmark for Italian gourmet e-commerce. My order was processed with impressive speed, and the delivery was seamless. What sets them apart is the combination of fair pricing and the incredible value of free shipping over a certain cost - a rarity for this level of quality. Their meticulous attention to detail is a testament to their professionalism. Having lived abroad for most of my life, I can confidently say they are the best Italian food vendor I have encountered online. My only wish for the future is to see them introduce a selection of professional baking flours (for example technical Type 0, 1, and 2 from selected mills rather than just standard supermarket type 00 varieties). Il mio ordine è stato elaborato con una rapidità impressionante e la consegna è stata impeccabile. Ciò che li distingue è la combinazione di prezzi giusti e l'incredibile valore della spedizione gratuita oltre una certa soglia: una rarità per questo livello di qualità. La loro meticolosa attenzione ai dettagli è una testimonianza della loro professionalità. Avendo vissuto all'estero per la maggior parte della mia vita, posso dire con certezza che sono il miglior venditore di prodotti alimentari italiani che abbia mai trovato online. Il mio unico desiderio per il futuro è vederli introdurre una selezione di farine professionali per panificazione (ad esempio farine tecniche di Tipo 0, 1 e 2 provenienti da mulini selezionati, piuttosto che le semplici varietà 00 da supermercato). A prescindere, sarò sicuramente un loro cliente fedele per gli anni a venire!
