The service was fine just very unclear about the import taxes and charges(as in amounts) ended up costing more than if i bought locally wont be using them again rather shop locally lesson learnt

The candles have popped out from their own original packages, everywhere of the box are the wax crumbles and stained the candles’ package. One of the package even has been broken, so sad. It’s not supposed to be the luxury candles been received like this. I’ve attached all photos I’ve taken when I opened the box for reference. Hopefully you can take more care of the packing procedure and let the luxury candles be revived as the satiated situation.

The cardigan I purchased was way oversized / huge s40. I’m a constant small and the top is huge. Shipping was 40 euro which would triple (3x40) to get the right size. Really disappointed

I placed my order on Thursday the 18th hoping to get it before Tuesday the 22nd cause I had a trip and need it before that day. I wrote two emails and got response 24 hours later. Even placed my order dhl express and still I received it late!!!

Nice price discount for first time purchase however there was no mention of customs fee/taxes once I receive the item, in the end I paid close to $80 in extra fees. Ive made purchases on other websites mytheresa/outnet that take care of this/indicate there are further charges later on. Delivery was good otherwise.

I ordered 4 mini Dr Barbra Sturm serums in a set. Thrilled at the decent pricing. Disappointed by the lack of SERUM in them. Each one was 1/2 full. I took pictures but I’m sure it will not matter. Comparing them to a small size serum from Sephora. Which was adequately FULL. Never again. Sorry.

I have purchased a bathing suit. Shippment was quick. BUT it was stain with menstrual blood upon arrival. Nothing was offer except returning the item after I have paid almost 50$ in taxes, which I would lose. I specefically bought this swimsuit for a upcoming holiday and need it. Returning was not an option. Would have appreciated a exchange offer or a discount… Still waiting for a reply from the team.

The purchase went well but I received the package without a receipt. A sweater is not what I wanted. I applied for a return on January 30th and have not picked up the package until today. I don't know what to do now. Wish there were more options for return service
