Quality as expected and very good communication. Also the info on the website was easy to find and very good structured But the delivery of the saddle by UPS was not correct. It was not the first time that UPS was not delivering at the right place.

Bestellvorgang& Ware 1a. Nur, bitte nehmt einen anderen Logistikparner. UPS is seehr umständlich mit Umleitung d. Sendung& Ähnlichem. Sofern ich ja auch bei UPS Kunde bin, ging es sehr undurchsichtig.

Preis/Leistung passt. Der Klettverschluss vorne an der Satteltasche sollte länger sein, da er bei mir nicht passte, wegen einer Parallelogrammsattelfederstütze.

Excellent experience with Selle Royal—great product quality and customer service. Unfortunately, the delivery by UPS was disappointing. The package was delivered to a pickup point instead of my home address, and this is not the first time this has happened. I hope this issue can be addressed, as it detracts from an otherwise excellent customer experience.

Unfortunately the package did not arrive yet due to UPS's poor service (as usual with UPS). They often claim there'd be problems with the delivery address and one has to pick up the package 50km away - when then checking the address label, one can see the correct address clearly written on the package - sometimes even the phone number. Worst thing: They don't even notify the recipient that the package needs attention. I have no provided the address again and I am waiting if the package will arrive. I strongly recommend to choose another parcel service. Update: The package arrived now - Selle Royal support offered to help solving the problem with UPS. Thanks for that.

Ho comprato la sella on open relaxed in tempi rapidi e in perfetto stato sul sito aziendale. L'ho provata subito e il giudizio è più che buono, ma forse la sella attende a spingerti eccessivamente verso il manubrio. Premetto che potrebbe essere un errore mio di montaggio che verificherò; è comunque un ottimo prodotto .
