1)The shipping notification was not sent to my email. I had to contact the support team to get it. 2)The items description (e.g. brand BioRepair) on the English version of the website still in Italian, and not in English. 3) Once you click on the 'Add to Cart' button - the whole page reloads relatively slow (instead of just adding the item to the cart in the background, using JS/AJAX).

The site works fine in registration mode only in Microsoft edge browser, Firefox wasn't supported. Also there wasn't translation in English of user's agreement during registration process, only in Italian. All the other information was translated in English. Description of products and browsing of site are quite satisfying. One more thing I was disappointed of - there wasn't possibility to track my order, however there was a link for tracking, but it didn't work in my case. Moreover, I has written a letter to client service, asking them to provide a tracking number for my parcel the way I could follow it on DPD site. The only answer I got was that they have received my letter and have forwarded it to appropriate office. That was all I received. Now about good things - my order was quickly managed and completed, within a day, and all the information about it was displayed in my room.
