The gloves that I received looked different to the gloves in the images on the website. And despite following the sizing guide, the gloves were very tight. I reached out to Sparco asking them about both the fit and the fact that the glove was not as per the website. They informed me that the fit was subjective and that even though the glove was different, I was told to "do not worry". When I grip the steering wheel, due to the difference in the palm padding, the grip from the two gloves feel very different. This poor service experience led me to do a bit more research, and I ended up purchasing a more expensive pair of karting gloves (and shoes) - from a competitor.

well then what to say about this company .. quite a lot !! and really disastrous mind !! I made my order for more than 1 month and a half and it still has not arrived but that is not the worst ... when making the transaction they charge me and send me about 5 days after my transaction has been denied. They charge me for my bank, which is a lie. Bale, desperate I get in touch with them through all possible platforms and forms without getting results by faceboock, Instagram, mail and paypal, which was when they answered me because they already I will challenge my refusal to process the transaction, well ... after last month, they send me the order with tnt with a tracking number and I am waiting today, incredible ....! I don't even know if it will come .. I bought ai for their ads on Facebook and Instagram and the worst thing I could do ... I forgot! In one of the emails they tell me that they do not have stok in store that they have to wait for their manufacture, and in their web page they have stock available, which is not serious ... on Facebook they upload every 3 or 4 days photos of famous clients that their simulator arrives, for them if a stok in store? don't we pay the same as them? ... the truth something that I will not forget thanks sparco. I have to order the base for the th8 gear lever and I will make it by hand !! if the simulator ever comes to me because the truth that I will never ask anything of you ... thank you for all the waste of my time ...

Sehr schlecht Auf onlin fragen die auf deutsch gsetellt wurde, ist auf italenisch oder englisch geantwortet worden.

First time buying an item from Sparco, I bought a pair of safety boots. The size chart on the website was wrong due to their error and as a result I was sent the wrong size of boots, I emailed notifying them of this with a screenshot and explaining I had been sent the wrong size and the chart was wrong. They admitted fault immediately and said they would have to arrange collection of the item before they could send me the correct size, I gave numerous dates to collect but they could not meet any of them. I asked for them to arrange a collection date that was conveinient for them to zero response, just a link via email a few days later which was extremely confusing and was asking me to fill in lots of information and did not specify when a collection would be, I also received no email or confirmation prior to submitting the form. Nobody ever came to collect the item and I have since been ignored completely , not offered any resolution and now have the wrong size pair of boots which I have been forced to use for work as I bought them for this purpose, and sparco have not offered to send me the correct size or even collect the item even though they was at fault due to an error on their site. Due to receiving the wrong product and poor customer service even though I was not at fault.

Très bon produit, mais dommage que le site soit ouvert à la vente à distance alors qu'ils sont en réalité fermé pour vacances !!!! Sur le site j'ai commandé le 9 août et il était indiqué que la livraison se ferai en 3 jours ! N'ayant aucune nouvelle, même pas un mail pour dire qu'ils ont un problème... rien ! Au bout de quelques jours j'ai même cru à une arnaque et j'ai téléphoné à ma banque afin de bloquer le paiement, mais bien sûr celui-ci étant déjà prélevé, je n'avais rien à faire.... L'argent ne dors jamais comme on dit !!! Alors je décide d'envoyer un courriel le 21/08 et reçoit une réponse le 26 en me disant qu'il était en vacances et que cette information était noté sur "La page des chartes" ???? Non mais on croient rêvé !!! Un site internet ne peux pas revendiquer de vendre des produits, alors que l'entreprise réel est fermé !!!!!!!!! CE N'EST PAS CONCEVABLE !!! Et bien entendu, aucun courriel d'excuses pour ce temps infini de commande, la prochaine fois j'irais commander dans les Alpes Étoilés....
