El tema de la compra ha sido un poco complicado por el pago del impuesto.- y ha alargado la compra. En la pagina no queda claro. Y luego hay que dar unos datos bancarios peligrosos.

The shoes are really good. They are comfortable and look nice. The problem is to pay almost 30€ for delivery and it takes more than 1 week.

Ho voluto prendere una postazione che costava più delle altre pensando che fosse “meglio”delle altre e invece ho riscontrato dei problemi, vari punti del telaio nn si prendevano e ho dovuto usare una punta x allargare i fori per far sì che la vite prendesse col dado, poi mi hanno mandato le guide scorrevoli fissate al telaio, quindi smonta tutta e 2 le guida fissale al sedile e poi fissa il tutto, ho impiegato 3,5 ore quando ne potevo impiegare 1 quando se le cose erano fatte in maniera attenta. Tralasciando questi dettagli ottimo il materiale di costruzione, sedile sfoderabile e molto ergonomico.

The product was recieved quickly ,but I wanted to return it and change the size because it didn't fit and I haven't recieved the conformation to send it back. (I am aware that I will need to cover shipping costs and that duties won't need to be covered since it's an exchange / return)

On the plus side: It is easy to place an order and the product is shipped quite fast. On the down side: It is confusing which size to chose. I recommend a size table easily accessible on your web site during the ordering process.

Tras unos días de incertidumbre por no recibir el pedido completo, me lo han solucionado rápidamente y todo OK. Lo he recibido en menos tiempo que el plazo indicado. Gracias a Marco por su rápida respuesta y solución.

Il pacco è arrivato con molto ritardo, dovuto ad uno sciopero di TNT. Allora ho deciso di contattare il servizio clienti via mail, ma non ho avuto nessun responso. Alla fine il pacco è arrivato.

Das Hauptproblem ist, das alles auf Italienische Sprache, bei Rückfragen, oder Probleme gelöst werden muss. Nur bei der Bestellung und Auswahl des Artikels, ist alles auf deutscher Sprache zu lesen. Um eine bessere Berwrtung zu bekommen, sollte man als Kunde die Möglichkeit haben, den gesamten Geschäftsablauf und die Komunikation auf Deutsche Sprache zu lesen ist. Bei Umtausch oder Rückfragen, ist das ein Problem, wenn man keine Italienische Sprache versteht. Kundendienst auf Deutsch, wäre natürlich auch Wünschenswert.

La qualità dei materiali e dell'imballo è ottima, ma non posso dire altrettanto della fruibilità. Il prodotto Evolve-R ha un evidente errore grossolano di progettazione. Le piastre di ancoraggio del sedile non sono adatte al sedile R100 incluso nel pacchetto ed ho dovuto smontare completamente i binari di regolazione per poterlo installare. Se non si ha un officina meccanica è un lavoro che richiede ore.

The shoes I ordered were too small even though they were the size I normally take. I had to pay for the return shipping myself, after waiting for an email confirmation from Sparco that I could return them. Why not have a return label with every delivery like all other online retailers?
